Employees are rude and disrespectful. I ordered and the cashier rolled his eyes at me. I made a mistake with my order and I asked the cashier about it and he was disrespectful and raised his voice at me

They overcooked 2 big game burgers -didn’t taste as good as the ones we had at a different Arby’s-not to mention the cashier messed up and placed the order without barbecue sauce.

So I went through the drive thru and got 2 gyros in a bowl, no pita bread. When I got home they had failed to add the dill sauce. Now we all know the dill sauce is what makes it. I called the store and spoke to the manager “Shaheed” and explained what happened and I wanted them remade. He doesn’t say anything at all, total silence. So I ask if he was still there and he said yes…. So he says You want me to replace something because a little sauce was missing? And then he hung up on me. What is wrong with people and what kind of manager is that? He has to be the worst I’ve come across in a long time. I’ve been in restaurant management for years. I would never speak to a customer that why ESPECIALLY when the restaurant screwed up. I then called corporate and reported him and the situation and they are sending me 2 sandwich vouchers which is all I was asking for to be begin with.

Awful customer service, no rolls for the French dips. Plastic in the roast beef sandwiches. 10 minutes late on pick up. Employees disrespective to customers. They blamed not having proper rolls on football Sunday. I think they would be better at planning or let you know before you go to pick up on the app that things are not available. See plastic for roast beef sandwich in attached photo.

Went threw the drive shahied d is the name of the person who took the order as well as the person at the window. I understand that people have bad days how ever this man was extremely rude. Pretty much threw my bag card and receipt out the window while also being rude with the customer who was trying to place a order. Arby's you need to do better there is no need for employees to be so rude.

The General Manager checked on us in the lobby to make sure everything was alright. She was very professional and should be rewarded for the way she puts customers at the utmost importantance.

Miss the potato wedges something fierce! The beef and cheddar u can't go wrong with by getting the double and removing some of the meat!

Used the drive thru but young man at the window was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed. Fodd was very good as well.

The Jalapeño bites were undercooked. The sprite was totally out when they served me my fountain drinks. Overall it is consistent and enjoyable over other fast food.

It's really a great place with very good food. I would give it a five star but I placed in online order through the app that had four items. I drove down picked up my order got home and two items were in the bag and two items were missing. I called them immediately and they noted my order. They told me to come in and they would take care of me. A week later I went in they remembered me and gave me my two items plus two free meals. I believe they were truly sorry and mean to please so that's why I gave them five stars for service. It was the follow-up service that got the five-star rating. So my recommendation is to go to Arby's and enjoy very good food at a reasonable price

Drive thru was a little time consuming but you should expect that from Arbys,

Absolutely disappointing. Cold bread with a cold slice of cheese and some lukewarm tasteless meat. I could have made myself a cold roast beef sandwich at home!

Always great food A bit slow but drive through is always busy. No complaints I’d rather wait and have fresh hot food from a pleaser employee and Arby’s delivers this experience every time. Thanks Arby’s

Might be better if the people working there would actually do their jobs. The place was filthy. There were lots of emollient outside smoking.

Employees got us what we requested, but they seemed bored and disconnected. Food was sloppy and underwhelming.

It's fast food, what level of care do we expect from kids?

Wouldn't recommend or frequent.
