I have been a patient of Dr. Pastora for the past 29 years. She is thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable, and gentle. One morning I arrived for an appointment. It was determined that I would need to be numbed up for the dental procedure. Dr. Pastora took her time to explain the procedure. The procedure went over very well. My children have also been patients of Dr. Pastora since they were 5 years old. They are adults now. I’m so please with the care and service I have received over the years. I’m eternally grateful to have her as our dentist.

Been waiting on an appointment for 2 months. I had a 1: 00 appointment on Saturday. After arriving I was told that I would have to wait longer so they could go to lunch launch.will find another dentist.

I made my new patient appointment no problem last week for this week. I experienced car trouble this morning and was unable to make my appointment I called as soon as I knew that I couldn't come and I also called as soon as they opened. The dentist said I would be charged a fee I asked twice what the fee amount is nobody told me but I was still willing to pay it she just keeps lecturing me about how she can't get anybody to replace me. Finally get to the scheduler to reschedule my appointment these people tell me it won't be until July until they can fit me in JULY? 4 months from now? And you want me to pay a fee. Absolutely not I will find some place else. Definitely got the impression that they were trying to play with me because I couldn't make this appointment. Completely ridiculous.
