My girlfriend and I moved from TN and needed a storage close by! We chose this one and I’m so glad we did. The owner, she was super nice, and understanding! During COVID, I had a couple of bad times but they were understanding and patient. I would recommend this storage to anyone looking for one (:

Just needed a unit to store extra stuff during move.
What I got was an hour of wasted time along with 2 phone calls of incorrect info.
Went to storage, no office as lady had discussed with me.
Called her back and she seemed to not know there was no office at the one address.
She also stated to be sure to get there by 3: 30 as the office closed at 4: 00 pm.
Once I arrived at office, all prices for that address had listed different prices for the same units?
I arrived at 2: 45pm and lady behind counter said, I'm sorry we close at 3: 00 pm and you will need to come back tomorrow.
I stated that Kinley or Kimberly on phone stated that you were open until 4: 00 pm.
The lady just looked at me and said no.
This company will not get my business.
I lost an hour of a very busy day to run around for nothing and one hand does not know what the other is doing at this business.
You might want to call the service that answers your phone calls and update them on the hours of operations and that out of both rental sites there are only one office, (that closes at 3: 00 pm!).

Excellent Customer Service. Reasonable rates, will negotiate prices, within reason. I've been with them, over a year now.

Very much enjoyed my storage with Archer Road Self Storage. The staff was polite and friendly. The sign-up was easier than expected and very quick. The online portal for submitting payments is very efficient and convenient. The storage unit I had was very clean, the climate control was excellent, and all of my things stayed safe. I was very happy with the whole experience, and if I didn't have to move, I would still be their customer and I would absolutely use them again!

It is a pleasure dealing with the staff at Archer Rd Self Storage. Jenny is delightful and professional to communicate with whenever I have questions or need her help. The facility is kept very neat, clean, and secure. I have been pleased with my experience with this business. The units are snapped up quickly so don't wait to check if they have one available for you!

This facility is kept clean and ready to go. I used the express check-in process and it was easy to do! Jenni was a great help to me when I first got to the unit, helping me locate it and made sure my gate code worked properly.

Jenni was extremely friendly and did her best to help us out with the units available. We were in a time crunch in order to get our items into storage before selling our house. We had to wait for someone to move out of a unit before we could rent it and Jenni was on top of calling us as soon as the tenant had vacated. She made the process of renting multiple units seamless. I also appreciate how access to the units is simple. You can punch in your code or use an app on your phone. The buildings have door stoppers to help hold the doors open for the air-conditioned units. This may seem like a given, but the building at our previous storage place had nothing to help keep the doors open and it was a pain trying to prop them open every time we had a big haul of things. Overall, I highly recommend using Archer Road Self Storage.

I have to say that the competence regarding any rental from Uhaul. I rented a truck and dropped the truck off from this location, and based on this the lack of motivation to even answer the phone is astounding. Good luck.

As a college student at the University of Florida, I was looking for something affordable and not too far away from campus where I could store my dorm belongings for over the summer. Archer Road Self Storage had the lowest prices and has a very friendly staff who is accommodating truly cares about their customers' needs. The hours are flexible, being 6am-8: 45pm, and they're open 7 days/week, which was nice for when my plans weren't so concrete. Highly recommend this place for all storage needs (and no I was not paid/asked to write this review haha)!:)

Jenni was very professional and took care of my rental needs quickly and efficiently. The rental space is clean and accessible. Having a security gate and code is very reassuring as well.
I recommend this business, and I don't make many recommendations.

Awesome and helpful staff, clean units, and no hassle with extending and ending lease times. Will use them again if the need ever arises!

They made it super easy to get a unit on short notice. Everything is computerized, including payments. They also allow for month to month rentals, so there isn't any long commitment. Perfect for a college student who wants to put their stuff in a unit for the summer months.

They make a deceptive offer on the first month off because when you go they tell you that the office does not have a strange smell

I used Archer Road Self Storage this past summer and the manager Jenni was very accommodating and helped out a lot. The storage unit is very safe and I never felt nervous about keeping my items here over four months. I would also highly recommend one of the units with AC if you have delicate items as I had. Overall, great experience.
