Needed a drainage system installed around our house, so I gave AGS a call. Eric came out gave us an estimate, then came back out a week later to discuss the specifics one on one when my schedule permitted.

They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and the installer Jay was awesome. Jay kept us informed and made sure during the project we were happy w/the results as he explained everything. The job was able to get completed in a day and a half which is perfect for us. Thank you.

Buyer beware! We contracted Eric to install gutters and covers in accordance with our homeowners associations rules. The experience was a nightmare from the beginning. First he installed the wrong color gutters, and when I explained to him he had to maintain the same color gutters consistently, he argued about it and until I finally forced him to remove the unsightly multicolored gutter. When he finally finished the project, I requested that he go up and inspect to make sure that everything was done correctly. He insured everything was done correctly. Within 3 weeks, we had a roof cleaner go up who came back and told us the gutter guards were not on any of the gutters, that they were piled up on top of the roof in a stack. We immediately called Eric and requested that he come and stalled the gutter guards properly. He promised to be here a couple of days later but never showed up and never called. We are now seeking legal help to ensure the thousands of dollars we spend on the gutters can be recouped. If Eric returns and fixes the gutters I will change this review. However, based on past experience I got very seriously that he'll ever show up.

The crew that came out was very professional. They did an excellent job installing the gutters and cleaning up afterwards. The gutters look amazing and I will be recommending them to others in my neighborhood.

These guys installed Gutters, Downspouts, and Fascia in a house in Calusa Bay. They claimed to have a "Lifetime Warranty" for their workmanship. One piece of the Fascia came off, after notifying them, they never came back. We had to re-nail it ourselves in order to finish selling the house. They were asked to come replace it since it is all warped, but have yet to do so. It has been 5 months since they were first notified. The Gutters are also rattling when it is windy. Again, they have yet to come fix this, it has been 4 months. Every time I speak to their Owner, he always has some excuse to why they don't come out. He stopped responding after some time. Stay away from this business, they don't honor their work.
They also try to charge the customer to have them added as Additional Insured in their General Liability policy, which all contractors have no issue in adding customers for FREE since the contractor purchases a Blanker Additional Insured Waiver. Seems like they are trying to get customer to pay for their insurance and then some when they get asked to add the customer.

HORRIBLE. If you need something done timely, this is not your company. It takes them literally MONTHS to do a job or get it on the schedule. In January, they are working on October orders - 3 months behind. Pathetic.

My husband contacted this company to repair a small section of gutter with leaks at 2 seams. When the person arrived to give the estimate he informed us that it would cost $500 because that is the minimum they charge for all work. This repair will cost only a fraction of that amount. They should inform you of this minimum requirement when you call for an estimate and not waste the customers time waiting a week for someone to come out and tell you. They clearly are not interested in repairs; only installations.

We contracted them to install top of the line copper gutters for our very large Home. Their workmanship was the worst and when we called them on it, one guy went on a rant and was cussing and throwing things around including throwing a drill onto our Italian roof tiles. We called the supervisor who said the “guys were tired from working in the sun all day. ” Really?
We declined the final inspection Because we wanted them off our property. The final balance owed was slightly reduced, however the amount paid was too much for the work done and this horrible experience.
Following the recent hurricane, we found where it appears they did some damage, intentionally or otherwise, to parts of the roof and roof tiles.
We should have read the reviews before hiring them! Be Aware!

The guys came out to my home and listened to what was going on with my gutters. They did a great job at fixing the problems and cleaning out the gutters and drains, well done, thanks /James

If you want your house butchered and poor workmanship then hire this company you won't be disappointed.
