A great experience! The staff was very personable but very professional. Services range from meeting State, Federal, USCG/DOT, TSA Pre-Ck/TWIC requirements to multi-faceted health and wellness offerings! Did TWIC but I will return for vitamin/nutrition/exercise info exercise! Info! Bennies!

Abby smith was so helpful with my tsa precheck process. I showed up but I was missing a document and she told me how to request a copy of it online. She had previously been through a similar situation and was more than understanding of my issue. I was able to get a copy of said document and return the next week without an appointment to finish the application. I was so lucky to have someone who was empathetic enough to take the time to make it makes sense to me, thanks so much!

I only come here for labwork, Greg is very kind and responsive at all times. They are very affordable especially that I don't have insurance. I have very difficult tiny veins so it must be done on my hand which is very painful, they always have someone that can take care of it with no problem BUT today I had Ms. Michelle and wow she was not only very kind, caring & understanding but did it so fast and on the 1st try. REALLY hope to see her more as every few months I go in to get labwork completed. The location is very clean as well. Thank you Greg & the team for great services.

I have been waiting for my fingerprints to be sent to DBPR for 3
Months now, and when you call no one answers, they xfer you non stop and you cant speak to no one.

I went to this establishment for an alcohol hair follicle test. They gave me back results that say "cancelled" meaning there is no result and then they tell me I will need to pay again for the test they gave me with no results. All around terrible experience at this place. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Walked in on a weekend. Excellent, well-mannered and efficient staff. Clean facility. In and out in under 30 minutes. Great experience doing something that is generally very time consuming and annoying.

Unfriendly front desk staff! There’s nothing like walking into a business and the first person at front door just has no people skills and are unable to greet. It’s similar to walking into a restaurant and the hostess being very stale, it really sets the tone for the entire experience. The girl was very direct very dry and spoke very low it was challenging to hear her through the plexiglass barrier. They also do not allow you to accompany your spouse for TSA pre-check or any passport related transactions. Interior of the business was clean and tidy. Conveniently located just off of the highway. I would definitely recommend going to some other place. They were able to process the necessary paperwork timely and the cost was 80$

Awesome service it was way quicker than expected. Drove all the way from Miami because of the reviews and absolutely worth the drive, they didn’t disappoint. Recommend 100 percent.

Poor attention to detail is crucial in this type of setting. Sadly, the Oakland Park location of ARCpoint is an inconsiderate hub of misinformation. These people need to get their clinicians and office workers on the same page. I don’t recommend.

I came here to their IdentoGO service and it was fast, professional, and easy to do. I would definitely do it all again here. Great service and courteous.

Nick was so helpful! He was helping many customers very well at the end of the day. I was so appreciative of him because I only ended up waiting less than 5 minutes as he finished with the customers ahead of me.

They were Great. Came in for pre TSA. Jessie explained everything. Nick signed us in and explained the whole pre TSA procedure then after we were done with the pre TSA we asked about the booster shot. Again. Nick explained the procedure and assisted in filling out the paperwork.
Nick administered the shot and we were out the door within an hour.

Grateful for Deborah, Nick and the team at ARC for their assistance with last minute B12 shots after traveling to Tennessee for a 24 hour trip with two early morning flights. My husband also was able to fulfill some of his requirements for his captain’s license renewals. We checked a lot of boxes on our ongoing todo list and have the extra energy needed to keep moving forward. Thank y’all!

Nick is Extremely efficient, polite and knowledgeable. He also exhibits excelkent leadership skills with staff. He is able to multi task and prioritize while remaining polite and level headed. Jessie is also very good at his job: friendly, polite and gives all the necessary information. The place is very clean and pleasant. All in all, excelente experience.
