What a great experience. Friendly staff clean environment. Heather Pike helped me out and she couldn't have been any more professional. Her presents was calm and I felt respected while speaking with her. I definitely recommend coming here the whole facility and staff are top-notch

Recently went here to get my blood drawn and I got helped by Heather, she was so incredibly sweet and kind and got the job done with no problem, I’m afraid of needles in general so even stuff like blood work gets me nervous but Heather made me feel very safe and at home

Went in to get blood work done today for the first time and I will always go here from now on. I only waited a short time, the staff was curtious and the lady that drew my blood was professional and made my fear of needles seem non existent. It was over before I knew she had put the needle in. I left there laughing, which has NEVER happened in the big box blood place I used to go to. 11/10! I wish I remembered her name, thank you needle lady!

The facility is a convenient location for me. The staff Is very well experienced, efficient, and very fast. I am very pleased with the service offered. I would highly recommend this place and the staff to everyone.

Called before to confirm they could scan the barcode from my phone. Upon arrival someone at the desk was rude and not helpful. There was another who did actually help yet I got turned away to another location. Do not go here very unprofessional and will not recommend to even my worse enemy.

I called in advance to verify that I didn't need to print my drug screen order for my employer. I was told i don't need it that if it's on my phone i would be fine.

As soon as i walked in and stated my business i was very rudely told by a middle aged women that i couldn't use the e order at that location and was sent to another. I asked for the address to verify the new location and the same lady yelled the name of the street as she was walking a patient back. The young lady was very nice and explained that their system doesn't work with the e order

It's upsetting because i was trying to give the business to a smaller company instead of quest or LabCorp especially since it was on my list of approved locations but i regret doing that now. I will probably never give them my business again.

Very good work team and very professional. They were able to answer all my questions and the best thing was in Spanish because they have Spanish-speaking staff. They are very friendly and the process was very fast. I will come back to assist you if you need it.

Don't tell me you're open on Monday and when I drive all the way out there tell me "we're not open for what you came for".

Highly recommend. Extremely professional, courteous staff who truly went above and beyond. Joyce is an asset to the staff and I appreciate her help and kindness. She deserves recognition! Wait time was not long, office was very clean.
