Eric did an outstanding job! He was very professional in all he did. He explained each step and made sure that I understood not only what he was doing, but why it needed to be done and how it was going to improve my system. I highly recommend him. He has great experience and is also very personable. He is easy to trust, which is something that is hard to come by now days.

Technician was great as well as Jenny in the office. My wife called to set up an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was very rude, interrupted every time my walked talked a d was very unprofessional. She needs to see Jenny on how to treat customers. We didn't get her name but shouldn't be very hard to figure out as I've heard from others about this lady. It's a shame this company provides great service and this lady gives the office staff a bad rep.

Technician arrived within scheduled window. Adjusted heating flow valve within plumbing service for on demand hot water system. Adjustment only took a few minutes and done. Technician was a senior member of companies staffing. Gave valuable information regarding the systems his company installed in our new construction home. Was very happy with was accomplished.

The service representative was very knowledgeable, professional, timely, very polite and friendly. Handled everything quickly, neat and clean. We sign up for the maintenance and very happy we did!

I could not be happier with the experience I had with Arctic Air Services. First Danny, the salesman who came out to my house, was very professional and friendly, and a great listener. He explained my options clearly and answered all my questions. He gave me an estimate for a whole new system that was competitive and thorough.

The day of my installation, Alex and Stephen showed up on time and were efficient and professional throughout the job. They finished earlier than expected and left everything neat and tidy. My new system works great.

I called and a technician, Nicholas was at my home within the hour on a Friday nite. He found the problem and took steps to remedy the problem for the short term. They'll return on Monday to resolve. I've used Artic Air in the past and they have always responded I n a timely manner.

Arctic air was a pleasure to work with. Starting from the salesperson Todd Steiner, to the team of installers. All were polite and did exactly as promised.

I believe service man Jordan. Friendly service. He had to replace compresser. I would recommend to friends and family.

Jose Cruz was very friendly, professional and speedy. He showed me how to change the filters myself and informed me of each step he took to complete his maintenance. He's a good guy!

Ben is a great tech explaining everything very well. He was thorough with our first maintenance service with Artic Air. I highly recommend!

Your Technician Casey arrived on time with Professional attitude and how can I help you. He was very thorough and very Professional, and courteous. His work was very immaculate.

Brian was on time and carried out the routine maintenance while very thoroughly explaining all the tests he performed. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. He was a pleasure to have in our home.

Jonathan was great! He redid the plumbing under my kitchen sink. He was fast, efficient and did a great job explaining what would be needed and the cost. Will be calling them when needed again.

Add- we also just had AC service from Brendan and he was also great. Let us know everything that was going on. Felt he did a thorough job in both machines. Went over options was friendly and professional. Will use again

They charge $100 to walk in the door and no matter how much your bill is, they won’t knock it off unless you join their club. Even then, it’s $75 to walk in the door.
