Went to visit a friend and my goodness the neighborhood is beautiful! Nice and clean friendly people!

Do NOT buy a home in here. HoA steals your money and refuses to ensure you can use the common areas safely. They knowingly allow drug users to expose the children in the common areas and Kimberly and her Boss' response are "owell we don't care what dangers happen. You can just not use the common space" (the commons space you pay 298 a month to use). The HoA does not repair broken equipment. The HoA doesn't fix broken pumps causing green areas to die regularly and then charges all the residents for their failure. The HoA steals your money and pockets it for themselves. It's a shame because it was once good until the HoA leadership decided they don't care to do their jobs.

Arden is a wonderful place to buy a home! It is a large neighborhood where most of the neighbors are good people with good hearts.

The HOA is staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. They communicate well and keep the residents up to date about everything. There are some things that the HOA simply cannot fix or be involved in (look at the covenant) and some residents just don’t seem to understand that.

Arden is a very nice & quite neighborhood out of the ordinary with very beautiful landscaping and open areas with lake views & sightseeing.

Cleaning pool area to keep up on maintenance! We take pride in our work! Also cleaned out the backflow pipes full of nasty algae. Spotless clean now!

Do not buy a home from lennar they are horrible to work with and they are double charging people for there property by making you pay for it and then adding the bill to pay back the bond they took out for the property on your property tax instead of taking the money you paid for the property and paying off the bond

It’s a really nice community and huge. I went to a clients home and only saw the lakes but this place is pretty spectacular looking. It looks like more homes to come.

Our story began as the thought of one day moving from Ohio to Palm beach. My husband and I searched for a perfect neighborhood. Our search ended when we found a little piece of heaven when we drove into Arden. We literally felt like we were in Ohio with green fields but in Florida. What more can you ask for? It is beautifully maintained filled with beautiful families. To finish off our search we found Anne Foster with Ryan homes. She welcomed us in the model home like we were meant to be there. We bought our first construction house with Anne. She is very honest and thorough. She made every step easy and listen to every concern. She went out of her way to go to each lot and take pictures to make sure we picked the perfect lot since we were communicating from Ohio. Thank you again Anne for all that you do for future home owners. We can't wait to be part of the Arden Family.
