Arden Courts - ProMedica Memory Care Community (Winter Springs)

The staff are professional, caring, friendly, and very client-focused to include the family. They are able to manage difficult behaviors associated with dementia. Residents can wander indoors or outdoors in a safe environment. It is so obvious that the staff love what they do.what a breath of fresh air. This facility was recommended to me by "A Place for Mom". I would recommend it in a heartbeat!

I moved my Dad from SC to FL and the referral to Arden Courts was the best thing that could have happened! Arden Courts MASTERFULLY attends to dementia and alzheimer's residents with such specialized care and training; very different from any experience at his previous place of residence. The physical space is calm and comforting; color is used throughout in a purposeful way, as is every aspect of living at Arden Courts. My Dad actually improved and got stronger during the months he lived at Arden Courts. Another important barometer is how the staff like it; from my understanding almost the entire staff has been there for more than several years, a real testament to how they are treated/compensated. Everyone seems to truly love and care for their job and the residents. Every staff member I interacted with has been phenomenal. I couldn't give a better review to Arden Courts! A true memory care GEM.

No one enters the decision to find a memory care facility lightly. When we toured the facility, it immediately felt like it could be a great fit for our family. When there is conflict or difficult situations, the administration handles it in such a way that everyone involved is important - the staff, other residents and the resident and their family. I feel like everyone working there understands how they have a place on the care team and as part of the community there, from the cooks to facilities people to the nurses and aides. I feel the same way about Arden Courts as I did about my kids' daycare - they are people who I can trust to take care of an important family member.

After a horrible experience at another memory care facility, we decided to give Arden Courts a try. My family was very nervous about leaving my mom anywhere because we had heard so many negative comments about memory care in general and we had our bad experience with a previous facility we chose for my mom. Arden Courts welcoming to us. The staff are nothing but caring and easy to work with. My mom is always very presentable and it is obvious to us that she's well cared for. This was an incredibly difficult decision for us but we have peace of mind that my mom is in a good place. We're very happy with Arden Courts and the staff there.

I moved my Mother to Arden a few months ago and while it was an emotionally difficult decision, it turned out to be the best move for her. I have such peace of mind now that I know she is there. She is loved and treated like family at Arden. The caregivers, nurses, and staff are so loving, sweet, and caring to everyone there. I have been so impressed by the activities they have for the residents. They are all catered to everyone’s individual needs. My Mom has dementia as well as aphasia and she is still able to participate and enjoy the different activities throughout the day. The staff are always smiling and they make everyone feel so special. I am so grateful and happy that my Mom is there now and is treated with dignity and kindness even on her bad days. Thank you, my heart is full!

I feel fortunate to have found Arden Courts of Winter Springs in my quest for quality care. The energy and symmetry from leadership is amazing. The community has a real “home-like” feel. The depth of activities is inclusive for all stages which has impressed me probably the most. Nurses and Aides truly care. My sincere gratitude to each and every member who has touched our lives.

As a home health therapist that visit many facilities during each day, this facility is by far the best.
The decision to place a loved one in a memory care facility can be so difficult but the staff and facility are Arden Court help make the transition so much easier.
The love and attention they give to each client is top notch.
The hours of quality activities, the inside/outside walking paths and the specific set up of the facility are therapeutically amazing for the clients.

This place isn’t lgbtq friendly what so ever. I’ve seen end experiencd personally by the d.o. N being nasty and rude if she put the same effort into her hair care routine maybe it would grow! Also there’s another homophonic name Dixie plain Jane nothing to look at. Boring and insecure. If your parents are are apart of the lgbtq community this isn’t the place for them contact me for more info thank you

I applied for a position at Arden courts and i was looking forward to work here but they just made me waste my time honestly.because I did a drug test at the facility and the receptionist took longer than 4 mins to read the results and it came back unreadable, which was not my fault at all so they end up sending me to get a drug screening and I did and I’ve called multiple times to speak with the lady who interviewed me which was the director and the receptionist Chassity always make excuses to not out her on the phone. Very unprofessional. Also I told Chassity to call where I got the drug screening done because they told me they needed more information on where to send the results to and Chassity ignored it.never did so I’m still here waiting … the director was nice and I got the cna position but because of Chassity I professionalism I’m still here with no job. Very bad costumer service when it comes to the receptionist.
