Fantastic customer service! I left a message and had a call back within 15 minutes! They had very detailed and weed to all of my questions, and they were extremely informative.

Nobody answered the phone, i tried 3 consecutive calls. NOTHING!

I bought an ozone machine paid $300 I looked online and found the exact same machine for $120 at several outlets. I understand making a profit but $180 I call Ardex several times asking for the manager to contact me.the lady that answered the phone seemed to not care.

The owner is a wealth of knowledge. Does not try to sell you what you don't need but gives you a lot of information so you can make an informed decision. Very pleased and will be returning.

The customer service woman has a very rude attitude unhelpful. I make a call to the store and ask her if the rupes pad works.she tells me that if and when I travel and arrive at the store I tell her I am the person who I talk to you on the phone about the rupes pad.she tells me that she does not work that pad line and with a very rude attitude.it made me lose my time and travel from a very distant place I do not recommend this place.
