Absolutely fabulous place to live. Great area near Mizner and the beach. Staff give great service. Highly recommend.

Construction of the pool year long never ending. We have a roach infestation that never goes away. There are some bad element of people living here, kinda trashy.
I am moving out as soon as I can.

This was truly the best move-in process I have EVER EXPERIENCED! Not only was my apartment perfectly clean when I moved in, but the entire apartment complex and elevators are very clean too! Also what made a MAJOR part of the moving process so easy was the AMAZING office staff! They are all so nice, kind, helpful, and accommodating! My point of contact has been Kenny, and he is not only extremely helpful but he’s patient too and will assist me with anything I need at any time, without making it feel like a “burden”! Absolutely love it here, if I could add 5 more stars I would!

Construction has gone on for 3 years now! Ear piercing concrete cutters and Jack hammers. No respect for tenants.

I have lived here for over 20 years. I love the environment and the location. The new management has been wonderful, and Jason is absolutely awesome. Very accommodating and friendly. The maintenance personnel are efficient and spot on. Sean is there whenever i have an urgent matter. There is a reason i renew every year. The construction is almost finished and i look forward to the finished product.

Jason and Rose are very easy going, my wife and I are happy here. The apartment is huge and finished to a high standard. The service is good should issues arise. I nothing but praise.

New management is awful. The building was under construction for the two years I lived here.

I would really like to know, nay, understand, how after 4 years of living here, I am being told my dog, equivalent of my child, is no longer accepted. Now I have to find another living space, virtually impossible during these times, because new management has decided "certain breeds" are unacceptable. This is so far beyond incomprehensible.
