Arie Dam Condominiums reviews
10We rented a unit for 10 days at Christmas. The best vacation! Condo was clean and decorated well. Right on the beach and had a pool. Walking distance to grocery/pharmacy and restaurants.
Book at your own risk. We lost over 2200 the week of Hurricane Ian. They refused to refund or change our reservations. Even kept cleaning fees.
Everything was perfect! Very clean, stocked with everything needed. Lovely view. Awesome time, very nice.
Amazing views! Very comfortable condo right on the beach with the best sunset views! Kitchen could use a deep cleaning and organizing, otherwise…stellar!
Stayed here last week and was super nice. Love the area and the beach here so much. Will be staying again.
My nephew and family are staying there the condo is beautiful and the beach fantastic everything close by
In March we stayed in unit 401, and it was very nice, the location on the beach was awesome. All the balconies are screened in, which is annoying when looking out to the Gulf, but it does keep the bugs out, and stops people from hanging wet clothes and towels on the railing, which makes sense. The master bedroom door does not lock, it doesn't even close properly, just push it open. Also the master bath doesn't lock. No deal breakers, just saying. The last item that could easily be fixed is the coffee pot. It was a $15 black and decker. When paying 2,000 plus for a week, I think a better coffee pot is not asking a lot. But all in all, we loved it, and had a great time. I would stay here again! Beautiful! Also very spacious. I (the grandma) took 4 teenagers and we had plenty of space for people to do their own thing when we weren't out doing other activities, such as shopping, kayaking, and walking the beach.
The condo interior is a little dated but overall a very nice place. I’d definitely come back here.
The view from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the heat lightning and listening to the waves crash against the shore. Our condo was super clean, very spacious and offered everything we needed for a wonderful Labor Day weekend with our family!
It has a great view, however, it is definately a bottom of the line beach front condo. The keys barely worked on any of the doors. A couple of times we had to walk out in front of the condos and in between two buildings to access the beach because the keys to the fence just would not work. The condo was ok, it looked like they were trying to update but it was still pretty outdated and had some unsightly problems- like stickers stuck on all the windows and an ungodly amount of caulking lining the outside of the showers. The pool is small, but seemed clean, at least in the mornings. I did see some other guests taking their baby out of the hot tub in a diaper that was falling apart and I didn't go back in after that. Basically, you get what you pay for.
