Ariel Grobman, MD, Miami FL

My experience with Dr Grobman has been very satisfactory because of the treatment I did with the allergies. It was a process of a year and a half of injections that was directed by Julie. She was an important piece for her directions with the treatment. Now I am always much better grateful. I recommend this office, they have very qualified staff and first-class doctors. Thank you very much Dr. Ariel Grobman and his staff.

I was left waiting a long time in the waiting area before being called back and also in the room (it happens), but after waiting so long - the visit felt very rushed, in/out in under 5 min, not very good bedside manor. His office told me they would call to schedule my needed follow up appointments, and they never called me back (it’s now been 2 weeks). I’ll be going elsewhere. This guy is young and has a bright future, I hope he can focus on quality of care & not only quantity of patients $$!

What really makes Ariel stand out is him educating you about your condition in a way that is understandable to a non medical professional. I feel confident in my treatment and in Ariel.

Dr. Grobman and his staff are truly deserving of 5 stars. The treatment of my ear issues, the kindness and courtesy, and genuine attentiveness could not have been better. I did have to wait 50 minutes beyond my appointment time, which was truly frustrating (I nearly walked out, and was even scrolling through a list of other ENT’s), but once I was in, I was given the very best of care, treatment, and professionalism. While the 50 minute wait felt like a newly realized breaking point, so many Miami doctors (from various specialities) are pretty average. If given a tradeoff between top care with a longish wait, or average care (meaning a quick in-out visit, with treatment usually not all you’d hoped for), I would endure a long wait for superb treatment, which is what Dr. Grobman provided. Having said that, 50 minutes is not an easy wait!
In summary, if you find yourself with a long wait, the quality of Dr. Grobman’s care is worth it, if you can carve out the time.

I liked the treatment of all the staff, they are very friendly and with the encouragement that the patient feels comfortable, the doctor explains well and speaks to you in Spanish, everything was very good and he helped me with the problem I had, thank you.

Seriously awful experience. Had to wait for a full 2.5 hours past my appointment time (after asking the receptionist several times to check into it) just to see the doctor. Turns out, they took another person with the same first name in my place. I now know what condition this woman had and what medications she was prescribed because they sent it to my pharmacy under my name. To add insult to injury, when I saw the doctor he had to audacity to say he didn’t think the woman he had seen in my place was the right patient because she “didn’t look 25 (my age), but it’s rude to ask a woman’s age. ”Maybe next time, instead of worrying about being impolite y’all should just do the bare minimum to make sure you aren’t putting a patient’s private information under the wrong patient’s file. I’ve never seen a something so ridiculously disorganized and unprofessional.

Everyone was super, the staff, Dr Ariel was fantastic the only reason I gave it a 4 star, it was a long wait.

Excellent. Doctor Ariel is the best ENT of Miami. Everyone was friendly st her office and the appointment went on time. I do recommend this place.

I found this wonderful Doctor on Instagram and I did him a question and he answered my questions.and then I thought this is the Correct ENT and I found. Because, my first ENT toll me the surgery it's terrible it's better that you stay without surgery
But it was so hard for me breathing and I exhausted every day.

Front desk is terrible. The lady answering the calls refuses to speak English or put someone on the phone who does. So after wasting 10 minutes of getting nowhere, since I'm unable to answer her questions, she just hangs up the phone. When I call back to ask if she can just please connect me with anyone that speaks English, she just hangs up again. I don't understand how someone is supposed to communicate and get through to this office.
