Currently living here and experiencing a no response emergency call to maintenance. I have no air conditioning after the maintenance guy replaced my air filter. I called the office and they told me to call the emergency line. I called several times. My wife has called. No response. It's really hot inside right now. I thought the emergency line would be fast.

So update. I called early the next day, and they came by to fix the air conditioner. The new maintenance person said he never got the calls. Going forward, if I didn't call and go through what I did, then the system will not be fixed. It should not take an emergency for management to fix this. I talked to management, and they seemed to take a low key approach to my concerns citing that he is new and wasn't put in the system yet. The guy told me he started working there 2 weeks prior! I question their service protocol. I don't trust their handling of emergency calls.

Applied for an apartment and paid fees $200.cleared credit report and have no bad history.they called after collecting the money and stated they were not going to rent to me. Another corporate scam to bilk people out of their deposits. Of course they refuse to give any reason.reached out and the response was we will mail you our response.which was "your application is approved conditionally". They still rented the apartment to someone else.imagine that.

Honestly its a good location and Heather and her team are nice but ever since we moved in there's been ants and roaches. They sprayed maybe once or twice that we are aware of. My car's been vandalized since living here. When the lease is up definitely am moving out. How can I feel safe/comfortable if I cant even part near my apartment because I dont want it to get vandalized again? The 'renovations' look like they were super rushed especially with painting. Our steps look off as well.

This apartment’s location is very nice but is poorly managed. On our day of move in after they told us we couldn’t get our keys until 2 pm, we show up at 4pm and they tell us that our apartment is not ready yet and to just “go get lunch”. It was very obvious that the “renovations” were rushed and poorly done as maintenance had to come back multiple times to re-paint and fix cheap appliances. With maintenance requests we asked for management to contact us prior to them entering our apartment but that has never happened. There has even been instances when maintenance walks in without knocking on a Saturday morning without us requesting any kind of service! Now management has left a letter on our door telling us they will be re-pipping our apartment with 3 days notice. They said they will be in and out from 9am-6pm for the next 7-10 business days doing construction, leaving holes in our walls, and periodically shutting off our water. All they have offered us in compensation is “sorry for the inconvenience”.

I have just reached the end of my rope with this place. Went to make breakfast and lo and behold, a big dead roach upside down next to the condiments. I am beside myself and cannot wait to be done with this place. And it is not just roaches, but everything you can imagine from spiders to red ants and everything in between. My son and I are just exhausted.one of them was in the bed with him at 2 am and neither of us could sleep for the remainder of the morning. I have had 2 of the large ones on the wall of my bedroom and so now my bed and that of my son is at least 6" away from the wall. Due to looking at the height of Covid, I was sent a virtual tour of a model. I paid a visit to see the neighborhood at night and the current renters were still moving out.

There is mold trying to come through the paint in the vents due to a shoddy rush paint job where they just painted over all of the dust. There was large gap of cover missing under the dishwasher. There is large gap between the stove and the cabinets where lizards/salamanders are just coming in and out. It is not my job as the renter to tell them where the gaps are, I am paying them $1,200+ to live here, they are not paying me. They fixed it, but I had to ask them to do so. Why did no one go over this apartment before a tenant moved in? From the first night I moved in there have been non stop roaches everywhere. So we sprayed indoor ourselves and the dead bodies keep piling up. 3 large dead roaches before 9 am is unacceptable even if I do live in Florida. Every day is a new nightmare of not if, but when and every room hides a surprise. Imagine the anxiety of this before you enter every room, all day and everyday.

I can understand the positive reviews, some people are not bothered by vermin and most people have pets who chase and/or kill these pests. We do not and this no way to live. Good luck and if you can avoid Arium properties or CARROLL Management GROUP LLC if this is the pattern of how they keep their properties. But let me know if you want pictures, we are amassing a ridiculous collection.

I love living here! The atmosphere is very family friendly and a great sense of community. This is the 2nd time living here and I’m so happy. Ryan and Heather are absolutely wonderful to work with in the front office and so is John and Kato (maintenance). Anything you need they are there for you. I have amazing views and awesome neighbors. My kids love it too and I’m so thankful that I don’t have to worry about them. #home

We put an application in for a 2 bedroom on a day there was a deal for the rent to be $1295. They didn't follow through with the deal and multiple things are wrong with the appartment. We filled out the form to fix everything a month 1/2 ago and no one has come to fix anything. The microwave is broken, we fixed the faucet on our own, the cabinets are broken in the kitchen, the paint job is terrible, and the air conditioning barley works in my room. Not to mention one of our neighbors talks trash to us for no reason and mean mugs us through her window? If I wouldve known I'd be paying $1424 a month for this low quality apartment I would've never filled out an application in the first place.

If you are looking for a nice, quite, and safe apartment complex to live Sea Glass is the place to be. The management is the nicest you will ever get. They are always on top of things and they start working on maintenance request the day of.

Ryan and Heather are phenomenal. John and the rest of the Maintnance team are efficient and always smiling. I’ve lived here through several changes of aesthetics and owners and couldn’t be happier with the team. The grounds are gorgeous, the amenities are fantastic. It’s a very tight-knit community and it’s been fantastic. They’re even engaging with us during quarantine with fun contests and empathetic phone calls to just “check on us”. Truly caring and I just love it here!

Feels VERY safe. Grounds are well maintained and well-lit at night. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Best office and maintenance staff a resident could ask for! Courteous and efficient.

Front desk does a great job to leave guests (potential and current tenants) as happy as possible. Special thanks to Ellie for the help.

Great, friendly staff. Ryan, Heather, and Ellie Rock! The maintenance staff is great too. We love all the amenities on site. Great pool that overlooks the lake. Grilling out by the pool while checking out the fountain at not anight is bad time. A true Florida experience.

So I don't usually write reviews, but our experience was so terrible that we ended up paying to terminate our lease early. They will try to sell you on the "upgrades" and amenities of this apt complex which are just old and outdated. Our unit had old appliances that were starting to rust, cabinets that we were told were soft close and "brand new" but had scratches all over them, and a paper thin laminate flooring that would scratch and tear easily (even the washer's vibrations caused it to tear). Within 10 days at most of our move in date, we were told that they would be re-piping our entire unit. So there we are having to scramble to find somewhere for our pets to go while they work on our unit for a week and a half, have everything covered in dry wall dust because we weren't even completely moved in, and have the drywall half repaired because they didn't do a great job. At least they do fulfill maintenance requests in a timely manner, even if they are done not exactly the way I would do them if I owned the unit. We also had a leak in our master bedroom after a hard rain about a month and a half after moving in, ruining our memory foam pillows and soaking all of the clothes in our closet since it was enough water to seep under the wall. They did come right away to shop vac for us, although they weren't really apologetic for it happening in the first place. Not their money or belongings so they don't really care. This is where we drew the line.too unpredictable to know if you were coming home from work to a disaster in your apt. In addition to this, too many cockroaches to feel comfortable. They also will nickle and dime you on the way out, making you pay all of the fees and then some. And then probably try to claim you didn't pay the one bill, even if you have receipt of it on your bank account statement. Stay away if at all possible.couldn't even ride it out for 9 months until the end of our lease.

Do urself a favor! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE! What was once a decent affordable place to live is now a thing of the past. This place sucks, from being over priced due to its zip code. It is not up to par with anything in PVB. It is run down and the mandatory valet garbage service is picked up about half the time. It’s a complete joke!

I am a previous resident of almost 3 years at Seaglass. The staff here is always helpful in any way possible and always striving for success. I would go to the office often for coffee or to use the resident computers and always felt welcomed. The office is also a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance staff is also always prompt and extremely friendly.

Another nice thing about this apartment community is that it makes you feel you’re right at home. Other residents are not shy to say hi or wave. We always felt at home here and if they ever had a 3 bedroom, we would surely move back! Miss you guys!

Great place to live. The staff really makes you feel welcome everyday. We've lived here for about a year and plan on signing another lease. We really enjoy using the grill by the pool. My son loves fishing in the pond.

Almost 2 years leasing and overall a very positive experience at Arium Seaglass. My unit is very pleasant, with large bedrooms, updated kitchen and appliances. I enjoy the amenities the community offers, specially the gym, which is very well equipped as far as residential gyms go. The staff is absolutely helpful and very kind. The few times I have had to request maintenance, I got quick responses and the issue was solved in a speedy manner and very smoothly. But to be fair, below I'll list both pros and cons in my personal experience.

PROS:

* Location: short drive to the beach. So close to JTB. Lots of great stores and groceries nearby. Can walk to Publix/Target if needed.
* Property is well maintained overall: even though there are repairs and renovations happening from time to time, the place and common areas are in very good shape.
* Plenty of parking.
* Safe community in my experience.
* On-site gym and pool areas that are very nice.
* Kind, friendly neighbors in my experience.
* The office and maintenance staff are 5 stars: friendly, kind and attentive folks.
* I truly love my unit. No complaints.

CONS:

* The water bill is rather expensive. It's a system where it's one bill per building, which is then divided to an average value, and each apartment is charged according to the number of tenants residing in it. My roommate and I feel that system is rather unfair, likely benefiting large families, but not single individuals. We do not consume that much water and pay way more of it than our electric bill.
* A few tenants do not pick up after their dogs. The staff does try to communicate on the importance of picking up your own pet's waste, but the message doesn't seem to have an effect often times.
* With that being said, sometimes the dog stations are not replenished with bags in a timely manner, which may further the issue.
* Even though unit/home maintenance requests are super fast, if a gym equipment breaks, the maintenance of it can take a long time to happen I notice.
* The valet trash crew has skipped picking up for my unit multiple times. I wish I could opt out of paying this service - I wouldn't mind taking my own trash to the compactor - but it's a mandatory service one has to pay. I don't particularly care for it.

Overall though, I think it's a wonderful place to live, with the many positives far outweighing the few negatives. So with that being said, I recommend living at Arium Seaglass. I guess my only request to make this place even more wonderful, is for the Arium management company to allow the office staff to bring the weekly yoga classes back - they were such a joy and many of us residents used to attend before the last management company switch.:) Cheers!

I’ve lived at Seaglass for two years and through three property management changes. Great neighbors and a great location, but there are downsides to keep in mind before signing:

—Unless you like sharing germs with your tiny cockroach roommates, you’ll have to keep your dishes upside down and food in containers—there is an infestation throughout the complex**. If you see one scurry across your lap (yes this did happen), expect to be told “it’s just a Southern thing. ” **Note: I participated in the provided pest control with treatments as often as safely possible. Two pest control technicians told me the problem was too pervasive, and since not all residents opted in to the treatments, I would always have roaches there.

—Don’t be fooled, these buildings have not been renovated. They are aging and have been given cheap updates—like painted cabinets and linoleum “wood-style” floors—for which you will be upcharged.

—Be prepared for your “new” appliances to break constantly. My washer, refrigerator, and microwave all had to be replaced. It took dozens of requests by writing, phone and in person—and hundreds of dollars lost in spoiled groceries—before I was given any attention. My dryer also filled with gallons of water from poor installation, resulting in a month of not being able to do laundry.

—The buildings themselves are falling apart. Just as one example, in the course of a year, my apartment flooded twice from burst water heaters—mine and my neighbors. Imagine getting out of bed in the morning and splashing into inches of water across your apartment—and then having that happen again.

I enjoyed meeting lots of great friends here and the convenient location, but be mindful of all the issues! If you do choose to live here, be sure to request all your repairs made as soon as you move in, or you’ll be waiting until you resign.
