Bought at least 2 knives from them. The first one I was happy with and the description was on point, which in return I bought another from them. It was listed as excellent condition with no description of the scratches all over the blade or the fact that the knife has been sharpened. It also has some sticky something on the blade as well, definitely wouldve never said excellent condition myself. Highly disappointed in the product and also irritated that the receipt says I will face a 10% restocking fee on a product in which their description was the problem. All depends on how this situation is handled if I will consider buying from them again but honestly I think I've learned my lesson and will stay away regardless. I have had better luck buying knives on Facebook from people I don't even know.

My husband purchased a knife through this company like two days ago. We received it in the mail very quickly and it was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t what he was looking for upon us receiving the item (no fault of the company btw) I went to go swap the knife for one he liked better that he saw online under the impression they were a show room I couldn’t find the location and when I called to ask where they were, they explained to me that they were online only but they would still help me out, so I drove to where they were at one year old in tow, and they were so helpful with swapping it out for me. I appreciated them not just turning me away because they easily could have I drove an hour there with my 1 year old instead of doing an online return because my husband was also deploying on a submarine in a week so I wasn’t sure if it would be here in time if we did that. Multiple staff members were helpful and even gave me a shirt to give to my husband which I thought was very sweet.if anyone is in the market that I know, I will definitely be recommending them.

Just bought from them the first time, a guardian tactical recon-40. Plenty of pictures to look over the knife before buying, shipped quickly and arrived quick and in like new condition. Will be buying from them again.

I discovered this gem of a store, ACK, online last month. Glad I did. They have a great selection of knives & other hard to find items. Even those nostalgic knives from the 80s that let me re-live my youth. Andrew and Curtis have always provided me outstanding customer service! The pictures on their website are accurate. Never got disappointed when I received my treasures from them. Packed "Ft Knox" tight and shipped fast! Will definitely buy from them again.

I have purchased three times from ACK and each time the item was delivered ahead of the original delivery date (by two days two of the orders.) I have had to contact customer twice (my fault both times not theirs) and they got back to me within a couple hours and took care of both problems quickly. Plus, as a bonus their selection is drool worthy. If you need a knife or EDC gear check them out.

I've made multiple purchases with Arizona custom knives. All transactions have been handled very successfully. Oftentimes prices can be negotiated. They have the largest selection of knives then any company on the internet. All products come shipped very safely and quickly. We will do more transactions in the future.

I had some special pieces that I was having trouble moving and wanted to consign. The communication provided by AZCK was prompt and informative. They have a great reputation for a reason. They just received my shipment, however I feel a positive review is in order just for the customer experience I have had so far. Will update when knives/straight razors post and sell.

Found something I wanted that was unique. Its description and pics were spot on.
