I asked Ark to do a very simple job for me which they did well. I called them without checking the market because in 2022 they agreed to do a more complicated job - which they also did well - and which other plumbers declined to do. So I’m a loyal ARK customer for my plumbing needs!

Had an emergency Water Heater situation. They came right away. Customer service was awesome. I would recommend them to everyone,

Tech Patrick was very knowledgeable and offered good alternative solutions and strategies for addressing what has been a complicated problem to solve.

Exceptional PEOPLE delivered superior results on our whole home re-pipe replacing polybutylene with PEX. Ark plumbing is your “go to” company for any gas related services. This is the second time I’ve used them. The techs are professional, clean, and always on time.

Brian came out to remove four old toilets and replace them with new. He was very professional, courteous and clean. Brian made sure they worked properly, didn't rock, and didn't leak. I called ARK to have a toilet repaired in my home. I had called at about 9am and Paul was there by 11: 30am. He assesd the problem.got the parts need, did the repair in good time and the pricing was reasonable. I know if ever I have a plumbing problem I have someone to call. Definitely would recommend! Paul did a great job and was very friendly and easy to talk to about the issues.

Neat and hard working technician. Did a perfect job on replacing two bathroom sink hardware.

Had a small leak in the cold water line and called ARK. Was told someone would be there between 12 and 4. Patrick showed a little before 12. He identified the problem and went right to work after explaing the charge. I thought at the time the cost was too high, but what do I know as it was the first time I've used a plumber in many years and I needed the leak stopped. Service was very professional and Patrick very personable. Because the piping in the house is old and Patrick said more problems could happen at any time, I asked for a total repiping of the house estimate. Again I thought the estimate was high, but considering that someone is going to have to go under the house and deal with small spaces, it maybe the labor expense that drives the cost. Anyway very happy to have the leak repaired.

However, about 1 hour or so later I noticed another small drip on an ajacent pipe (old one) and called ARC who said Patrick would be back shortly. Upon looking at the problem, said "I told you this might happen". He repaired that one and another started to leak. He repaired that one too. And for this second visit there was no charge. I am leaning toward the repiping and Patrick said that he and a coworker could probably get it done in maybe 8-10 hours.
Will have to work on my budget. But Patrick went above and beyound to get the job done and yes I would reccomend Ark Plumbing Service.
