Arm Aluminum replaced my patio roof. Riley's team did a poor job with sealing, and every time it rains it pours inside my patio. I have to put buckets every time it rains. I have been calling them for the past five weeks, and keep telling me that they will come and fix it. It's almost six weeks, and still, no one has come to check the patio roof. They keep giving different reasons, and now won't even return my calls. Poor work, poor customer service.

Despite the urgency from hurricane damaged homes, I was able to get our lanai installed within reasonable time. Quality and workmanship was great. Would recommend to anyone looking to have one put in. They only did my roof and sides since I already had the slab.

It was determined by the pool company owner and other aluminum companies that the screen enclosure was installed incorrectly. It looks terrible and leaks everywhere resulting in a soggy, rotten roof. This has been since Feb with no one fixing it.
The owner said he would never touch it again if I made a complaint with the BBB.
He and the pool company have both ghosted me at this point.
This is poor workmanship, poor customer service, and ethically wrong to treat someone this way.

ARM has done an excellent job and Riley is a nice gentleman and great professional to work with. He has provided decent quote, understood our requirements and provided right recommendations and completed the job. I would recommend for others.

Very respectful company! Riley was amazing to work with and the workers were great cleaned their mess and got the job done with no hassle been enjoying my pool sense then!

They were contracted by my pool builder to do my screen enclosure. Riley talked me through what I needed and was reasonable to work with when I decided to make changes. The install took about 3 days. They also came back out to fix a few things after initial install.

Arm Aluminum did A screen porch enclosure I had water pouring through my walls afterward, the enclosure was not properly sealed by them, they came out to fix it and put lime green fascia, my drywall is pulling away from door frame from all the leaks, Riley seems to always be busy and won’t return my phone calls. This is A brand new condo and I feel like Riley ruined by new home

Lanai was build and finished within about 2 months from first quote. Price was good and it turned out great.
However we have a water drainage problem, contacted Reily multiple times and he never came back. I hate chasing people. You had one job and is to make you client happy, well this client is not happy.
I wouldn't recommend the company as the owner ia not taking any responsibility after the work ia done.

ARM Aluminum has the best prices in Tampa. The guys came on time and did a great job! We absolutely love having a screened in porch.

ARM was great Riley is a joy to work with and all his guy did a amazing job on my screen room. ARM Aluminum Inc even let me pay a week after they finished.

Horrible company. I asked for a security screened in balcony and a security screen door for front door, July 2019. The balcony is great. The screen door doesn't close, not square, and has a pool screen door latch that doesnt work. They installed a barrel bolt, upside down, and drilled 3 holes for the bolt to go into. None of the holes line up for the bolt. I have been promised over and over and over again that this would be remied. NOT! Even the auto door closer is not lined up correctly so we cant even use that. Just a mess.

After reading all the negative reviews I have to honestly say that was not the case for me. Riley was awesome I explained what I wanted. He gave me a quote. Which I found very reasonable he submitted all the permits and got them approved. His guys came out very professional in this Florida heat and did an A1 job. Thank you Arm aluminum our family will enjoy our beautiful lenai.

These guys are great good price licensed and insured great work good American company real people.

Have been waiting for 11 months for arm aluminum to fix the poor work they did on my screen room and still have no results. When I call the owner Reilly is either on vacation or says it will be done in 2 days. That has been going on for 11 months now. I am in the process of selling my home and continually get feedback at how awful my screen room looks and Reilly simply says, "Tuesday, next week, its all good" if you can find him at work or you are able to get him to do work, its not bad, but very poor customer service.
