Reported this place. The most terrible place to work with. Treating you like slaves and not paying you enough HR need to get fired!

Products are all made in China.

So the HR lady I believe is Jackie was super rude to me today. Almost yelling at me. You don't talk to new people like that. Kinda sad

Arnott web site proudly boasts of how their products are "Engineered & Assembled in the USA in our nearly 300,000 ft2 USA headquarters". That is why I spent the extra money for their product instead of a lower priced competitor. Imagine the surprise when I open the box and there in big bold letters "Made In China" sticker on each box.

I have had two excellent experiences with Arnott. I purchased rear air bags to replace the factory MB bags on my R350 many years ago. The interaction with Arnott was seamless. The R&R was simple with good instructions/support. The Arnott bags lasted longer than the factory MB bags. I recently replaced them under warranty with no issues. Again a great experience actually dealing with the same Arnott employee years later (unusual in today's turnover-happy world). Great product and great people in my two experiences!

I have used their products for over 20 years and NEVER an issue. Mostly on Mercedes and Lincoln vehicles. Their merchandise is better than OEM, far better.

I bought air bags switches and pump from Arnott for my lincoln towncar great price wonderful parts.

Their lifetime limited warranty is a lie. Bogus, deceitful company who only wants your money.

I've had a set of Arnott air springs and shocks on my Audi since 2008, back when there were not a lot of options for aftermarket air springs for OE replacement. I have used the lifetime warranty a couple times and every time it has been seemless. Recently, customer service Rep Marvin has been amazing with his communication, follow-up and professionalism - even during the recent hurricane! Are there other products out there, sure - do they stand behind their products like Arnott? I don' t think so.

Also, super helpful with directing me where to buy other products and find the best price. Thanks!
