Jose Mercedes went above and beyond for me today. I was already having a bad day so I was not the nicest to him, I will admit but he turned that around instantly with his upbeat attitude and great customer service.

I loved my diffuser. I even bought one for my daughter. I spent over 1,000 over a 4 month period. My diffuser has stopped working. The customer service is terrible. Only way to communicate is through email. They told me since I’m out of my 90 day warranty they offered me another diffuser for $150. Guess I just blew a bunch of money. Crazy that it went out at 4 months after the 90 day warranty

DO NOT BUY! We purchased the Van Gough Unit. It’s supposed to go through your air ducts and scent your whole house. We had multiple problems with our furnace and water pump. Turns out the oil from the scenting unit was going to our coil and water pump and causing our water pump to stop working multiple times and flooding our basement. Now the HVAC guy is saying we made need a whole new unit for $8000 because of this. Called customer service and was basically told they can do nothing! Still have to pay the remaining $1600 that’s left on scenting unit and now will probably have to replace our furnace Don’t buy unless you got $10,000 to spare

Felix Thomas is amazing! I’ve reached out to this company numerous times over the years and not once did I get anyone to actually help me. Finally we finally placed two separate orders (online orders and one for each property) and Felix was who reached out. Since the start he’s been extremely responsive and helpful! We had an issue with a leaking scent that came in (made a mess all over our living room) and with no hesitation we now have an order number for a replacement. Any management reading this, please use Felix as your main source for customer service training! He saved a sale and made us a customer for life!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I ordered one. After one week it did not work. They sent me a new one. After one week it did not work. Now they are sending another one. I asked if this one doesn’t work can’t I get my money back and I was told no, that my 90 day warranty was done. It is GARBAGE and they know it and she had zero concern about my dissatisfaction. The latest customer “service” caller was Joy from a Miami number. I’ll be following up! I would give zero stars, but wanted to be sure it was clear.

Aroma 360 has the worst customer service and the machine does not work as promised! The device that was connected by their own technician does not work on my AC, there's no smell and it has been 2 months of trying to speak with customer service and they are a complete mess.

And there is no cancelation! I would never recommend this product to anyone.

I have had the Aroma 360 for close to 1 year and we love it. However, when I noticed the wireless version was coming out, I was bummed. I love the convenience of moving from room to room when needed. I sent in a question through their online portal about discounts for current customers and got a call from Felix. He was able to look up my account and give me a solution to my question. He was able to assist with my new purchase and threw in some oils to boot.

I do have to say this is my third time having a question/problem and their customer service has been nothing but nice. Even when I was frustrated, feeling my inner Karen coming out, they made me feel comfortable enough to put down my guard and resolved my issue.

Purchased the hourglass diffuser with the my scent. Waste of money, does not even notice it. Fabreeze spray works much better for way less money. Like I said, waste of money. Build an inner fan to move the scent.

I would like to start by saying that I previously left a negative review due to the Customer service experience I had received when I had an issue with not receiving my order. I had to call multiple times over a 3 week period and even management was horribly dismissive of my situation. HOWEVER, today I spoke with EDITH. She not only was empathic to my situation, but instead of once again promising a "call back", she made it her issue and would not quit until she resolved it for me (even called me back when the call was dropped!) I was very upset and she remained courteous, kind, and professional. Most of all, she fixed it. I will remain a customer BECAUSE OF HER. Lesson here for management.product quality is not the only thing people care about. Customer service is king. Thank you Edith!

Customer service is non existent i was told I have 30 days to cancel and return been trying to contact anyone emailed used website contact tried the vip number that I was given goes to a disconnected Verizon wireless number that is not in service. Over sold product I have machine on lowest intensity setting for my home it floats in one area even though it said it covered 1800 sq ft. It becomes so intense in one area alone that it literally makes me sick and the rest of my house has no scent total scam do not buy! Even the website does not offer a customer service number this should have been a red flag. Since I have had no response to return item I think I was scammed and will have to eat a big price
