7I am highly unsatisfied with my Aaron’s transaction. I bought a dresser and was mislead about the dresser’s mirror that was on display with it. NO WHERE did it say not included or a separate price for it shown. After 3 days of visiting the store, trying to speak to someone, as well as calling corporate, the manager finally gave me the mirror. That was April 2020. NOW! I get a call that I owe $421.46 (Jan 2,2021) for the dresser I’ve been paying monthly, BUT THE ORIGINAL COST WAS $439.34 - HOW DO I STILL OWN THE ENTIRE DRESSER? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? !
If you're after furniture without a hefty price tag, this is a must for you list of shops to visit.
We have been renting from them for months we needed to downsize and get rid of some things they refused to take a mattress and still are charging us for it!
They are great to lease never had any promblems with my merchandise verry thankful with the services they give all they need is jewelry or apple watches thank you aarons
This is my second time leasing from this locations first lease was paid off and I ended up having to lease again needed a living room. So I go to the location to pay my bill this past Saturday it was closed so there is a huge sign on the window this location is open on Sundays, so I go online to the website and it says the hours on Sundays are from 12pm-5pm so I go around 1: 30pm they are still closed. So this is my second trip. I get a phone call this morning so I tell the guy on the phone I’ve came there twice over the weekend to pay my bill. He tells me well we are not open on Sundays, so I said when did this change again because you have this big sign on the window and on the website you have hours on Sunday, oh well this started a month in a half ago until further notice. Well I’ve been a customer for some time so when we’re they going to let the customers know because I wasn’t told last month when I went to pay my bill, there is no sign on the door and no notice was given to me. But when they changed there hours and decided to open on Sundays they made sure they told the customers and had noticed. How much you want to bet when I go in to pay my bill they are going to still charge me the $10 fee that they charge when they have to come out to your home. This will be my last time leasing
Awesome experience from beginning to end. The customer service here is going beyond. Let’s take a moment to let me say Michael is an angel sent from heaven. He made us feel super comfortable and has great customer service. I certainly know he should get a raise or promotion. Management please be very considerate to this statement. He is amazing funny and super sweet. He helped my mother very much which for that I am very grateful.
I purchased a dresser and mirror. And let me tell you I LOVE IT! I really shopped around looking for the right piece and I was able too find it at Aaron's! It looks AMAZING and daughter Anna adores it to!
I can't wait to accessorize my downstairs for the holidays!
