Absolutely blown away by the service. I drove down from Rhode Island specifically to work with Fred Rivera. Told him What I wanted and without question he made it happen. Had everything ready for me when I came in and I was in and out within the hour. His dedication to servicing the customer is exactly what breeds customer loyalty and why I drove 1500 miles to get a truck with him and stay part of the Arrigo family.

Went to look at a used vehicle that was fairly priced, only to find out that this dealership adds over $6,000 in additional reconditioning fees and dealer installed options that was not reflected in the advertised price. I was told these fees were non-negotiable. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships for both personal and business vehicle purchases and can definitely say this is bad business. I also assist customers with locating vehicles to purchase and I will definitely be steering them away from this dealership

Worst experience ever. After confirming that we wanted the vehicle, we sent all the info and asked for the contract to buy it as is. We didn't even negotiated. We just wanted right away (work related vehicle) and ready to send the money. Well, without any notice, they sold it to another walk in client of them. No commitment from their part. This is why car sales personnel have that "bad reputation". Very disappointed.

Worst car buy i ever went through. Now I sit outside at the service area passing 1 hour and 0 service advisers have approached me. Update. It ended up being 2 hours, forced to wait outdoors by the vehicle just to talk to a service guy about the issue. Now an estimated hour to repair.

Really bad service. When I leased a 2020 ram from them, they failed to give me a second key at the time of me receiving the vehicle telling me they would call me when it came in. Some time passed and I reach out to them and they tell me I have to pay for the key now due to me not asking them for the key they should of given to me to begin with.
Definitely not worth giving your business to a dealer who doesn’t value the customer and will make you PAY for something they were supposed to give when handing you the vehicle.

I purchased a $100K vehicle and went in for my first interaction with this dealership and it was terrible. They and Chrysler promised VIP treatment with this vehicle and I received non of that. When I arrived some old guy came out and asked what I'm there for, like "what you here for", no greeting or asking my name. He then told me to wait, I waited for about 15 minutes to talk to a Service Tech and he avoided mosts of my complaints or concerns. He then told me it would take almost twice as long as the sales rep told me to update my radio and put on window tint that they included in the sale. So I told him to give me a loner (this is at 10: 30 am) and he tells that's not possible it has to be reserved with the appointment, so I sit and wait, 2 hours later someone else comes out and tells me it will be 3 pm til its done and Ill get you a rental. I said that doesn't make send now, but they presided and 45 minutes later I have a rental that doesn't equal the wagoner which again I was guaranteed a equal vehicle as a loner (they tried to give me a ran 1500 with cloth seats and stains all over it, which I rejected and had to wait for a Jeep Grand Cherokee to return for a even close replacement). They did not follow any protocols for a waganeer purchaser, as I was promised as a buyer, I am totally disappointed with this dealership and Chrysler for allowing them as a dealer. Totally unsatisfactory service. Get windows tinted, 2 front windows, and a update for a recall, 6 1/2 hours, which it was told would be 3 hours. They set up appointment not me, The General manger tried to make good, but didn't help really, I spent 6 1/2 hours together 2 windows tinted and drove 45 minutes away to do it, wasn't a value add on to me. Salesman was worthless to help me also, talked to him about complaints and then Never saw him again. Very disappointed with my expierianse.
I'd suggest if you are buying a higher end vehicle go somewhere else, they don't know how to handle them and are not up to FCA standards for the Wagoneer product line.

Made an appointment for an oil change and two warranty items on my 2020 Gladiator. After a week I called to check on my truck, they couldn't find it. I went there today and another Service Advisor had to walk the lot to find it. They had it listed under another name. Do not take your vehicle there for service or anything else that requires some thought. Start/Stop still doesn't work and hasn't since about the 1500 mile mark.

By far the worst service department ever. On 10/13 when dropping off my, I had to wait over an hour just for a service advisor to check it in. Now on 10/14 I’m calling to get the status of my vehicle repair and I’ve already been on hold 20 min. Service is horrible.in 2017 Told myself I would never go back to them again after a bad experience at the sawgrass location, now look what I get for not listening

We had an awesome experience at this place, people were so willing to help us out, they kept working on our deal for many hours till late at night. Got the Jeep that I want it. I am really happy with my Sahara Jeep
