I called several times to make sure they could make a copy of my car key, they even told me the price for my car model, I also asked if I could be at the store just right before they close and they said it was not a problem. After more than 45 min drive to get there, they were closing at 4: 50pm and after begging them to attend me, they said they Did not make my car key model. So I lost my time and my energy.

I came into the store for help with a deadbolt that needed a longer cylinder pin. They were really helpful and were able to swap out the pin in the store and now it works with my thicker door

Dealing with Arrow Lock Smith started out awesome, but turned into a night mare! The field tech Jason was knowledgeable and had great customer service. After the 1st visit, Jason recommended I set up a appointment with the owner (Joe) because there was so much hardware needed and my key bitting was in questions. The 1st appointment I was stood up because Jim, dispatch coordinator, had it down for the wrong month. The second appointment with Joe (the owner) & Jason, I was stood up again. I can totally understand Jason no making it because he got sick, but Joe refused to meet me. I’m really not sure Joe was even planning to be there because when asked about it, he said he had other calls to go on and didn’t have time to meet with me. When I told Joe that I was not going to be able to do business with him if we can’t meet to discuss the job, Joe hung up on me. Wow, very unprofessional!
