My explorer broke down nearby on Ridgewood they towed me to south Daytona for a good price and promptly. Operator was very nice and demonstrated initiative the tow truck driver was polite and a good driver. Let my SUV down perfectly in a tight angled apartment parking lot. Thanks for the great service!

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Arrow Wrecker I lost a CV Axel in Daytona on Ridgewood Ave.on Tuesday. While attempting to reach AAA and diverting traffic around me (what a mess) Arrow pulled in behind me, blocked off traffic making me much safer. I believe the drivers name was Larry, even though AAA didn’t have a contract with Arrow he stayed with me and helped me get my vehicle to a safer spot. Thank you!

I had a tire blowout on my 2020/ 35' Salem Hemisphere RV. Shawn was friendly and respectful. My wife and I were on the side of I-95 it was in 5 o'clock traffic. Service was excellent and I will be calling them again.

I needed a jump start. I broke down at Buc-ee’s in Daytona. I made one phone call and they were there to help. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if ever I needed help on the road. Skyler is a credit to this company. I recommend him and this company, very quick & efficient. Thank you very much

Car broke down on I-95 just outside of Port Orange and I needed to get home to Palm Bay. Called Arrow and Linda was so amazing she really put me in a better mood with her fantastic customer service. Waited about 45 mins for the tow truck as was the eta unfortunately did not get his name but we was very professional and skilled even got the car in driveway perfectly.

Called Arrow towing when my insurance company messed up and didnt give me coverage, but from the dispatcher I think her name was Katie treated me like family and told me she can have tow for me in under 30 min.for 75 bucks that's a deal.to Rich (New York) who was so helpful and happy to help in the pouring rain towingmy vehicle.this company is all I will use when in need. Arrow is the service that is presently accomplishing services on our Mercedes-Benz RV that other shops were unable to do. Now just awaiting the cost of these services.

Tom and the guys took great care of us. Our Motorhome needed new shocks and had a little shimmy around 65-70. They not only took care of the shocks but identified where the shimmy was coming from. I had a brand new tire out of round and the dealer who sold them to me now knows which one to replace. Arrow is also MY ONLY choice for TOWING. They have the best trucks locally along with the best drivers who know what they are doing. This family runs a great business and has done so for over 4 decades! It truly shows.

A tow truck is a tow truck. The price charged for my car to be picked up from a wreck was outrageous! Most employees I spoke to were rude. The morning my insurance company picked up my car and payed the fees due, Arrow sent me a threatening letter that evening about being sued and my vehicle being sold at public auction. Seems like their accounts department needs to keep better track of what cars are there and what's been payed for already

Arrow towing is good people doing honest hard work on the front lines of a pandemic. Blue collar truck drivers are not always the friendliest people but they are there every day without fail doing a job they don’t get enough credit for. I worked for Arrow for almost 2 years before having to leave due to medical reasons. You'll NOT find a better company in the area nor will you find a better company to work for. Amanda, Mickey, Adam, Mom, and Dad, are the best hands down. Taught me a lot and LET me learn a lot. Oh and CJ is the MAN!
