Never buy a truck from Arrow Tampa. The truck they sold me is a complete and total lemon. Absolute nightmare. $40K+ in repair bills in less than 2 years. Go anywhere else but here.

After 20 years of being a company driver I decided to go out on my own so I cleaned out my bank account and went to Arrow Truck Sales in Tampa Florida to buy a truck but I wish I would have done a little more research and read the reviews more closely because Arrow Truck Sales had me thinking that I made a huge mistake because the truck they sold me was a lemon in a little over a year ive spent over $15,000 on repairs that the warranty they also sold me does not cover. I called the salesman that sold me the truck to try and help me with these problems whether getting me into another truck or helping me with the repairs but got no replies after numerous calls so buyers beware Arrow Truck Sales dont care about you or stand by there sales once you leave the lot

Truck sales people think of you as uneducated no knowledge and they want to sell you with the full asking price and they consider negotiating the price like a sin long story short found the same truck in another dealer 11000 cheaper before negotiating the price

Sold me a tractor with a recall fifth wheel and bad clutch broke down on the way home.would look somewhere else

By all means, I had the worst experience ever with this dealership. This dealership will take deposits for trucks and say they will hold them until you get your financing or until they find options for you or your business. That is not the case. They will sell the truck to someone else and offer you a different truck if the right money comes along. I understand if its been 2-3 weeks and nothing was going on with the financing. I was doing everything they asked of me, from sending financials, bank statements, and trying to get business articles to them, but they called me and said the truck was sold and they had another one available with more miles and a higher price. I offered the salesperson a larger down payment which was half of the balance on the truck to make sure it will be definitely held and not sold from under me and she told me that it was ok and it will not be sold. I even told her if financing could not be done, I will have cash to pay for it in a few weeks and I would pay half now and she said that will be ok. This is bad business practice and I will never recommend this dealership. I should have checked the reviews before I even considered doing business with them. No wonder they are 3 stars. If I could have given them a "0" star, I would. Just BAD, BAD, BAD. Don't let them tell you that if you put $1,000 down, they will hold it for you. It's just a scheme. If you don't believe me, the sales rep sent me an email that explained that they did it to a customer that put $15,000 down to hold a truck. I can provide email if you like.

Good Trucks and Trailer for its value. Very friendly and helpfully salesmen’s. I recommend for everybody ho want to buy used truck or trailer for good money. When you are there.go straight to guy which name is Emil buying with him is a pleasure.

Worst place ever, after I bough truck they lost a title!
6 hours waiting time, jus to pick it up my truck (found transferred 48 hours prior) appointment.
