Mismanagement! I had been overpaying maintenance fees for years due to them overbilling me. I told them about the problem early in the year and reminded them periodically to send me a refund check. I moved a month ago and they STILL owe me money from their clerical error. Update 3-16-2021: Still haven't received my overpayment money and had to hire an attorney to fight it in small claims court. If anyone else is having the same problem with them (and I know there are several owners that are), contact attorney Mark Roher in Plantation. He's handling my case and I'm pretty sure it can become a class action suit.

Don’t move to this place. Is desgusting, so so dirty. You never going to see a cleaning personal around never never! They never clean, the pool is still close because they don’t want to clean and the stairs are covered by spiderwebs.

I loved this neighborhood! It's well maintained. Quite, but not too quite. Everyone is so nice. It's very pet friendly. Etc.
HOWEVER, they resently decoded to have us all pay to be judgedby All-County Towing, whether or not we may park in from g of the gone we own.
They've towed me, my best friend & just keep at it. They'll keep towing Residents & Registered Guests.if your guest only stays for less than 2 weeks, then you can't register your guest's vehicle to park, until the following month.
I feels like kick-backs are happening. Amd at $186 per tow, they're making a lot of money!

BEWARE! Due to the new parking policy, it is impossible to have friends or family stay overnight without getting towed. Even residents are being towed because permits take 6-8 weeks to process. Guests are only allowed to park for 14 days max during a 30 day period. God forbid if you should have a baby and need help from your mother or mother in law, or if you have an elderly parent that needs care for longer than 14 days. If you need a rental car due to repairs of your personal vehicle you aren't even permitted to park in your desiginated space. Permits are not given to new residents upon closing. Feels like Nazi Germany. The HOA it is making money on a Lot Monitoring Services scam being seen all over S. Florida. Reports have been sent to the Florida Attorney General for investigation. REALLY BAD SYSTEM. NOT VERY RELAXING, HOME ENVIRONMENT.
