Andy cleaned the ceiling hung air handler drip pan and repaired the plenum. Andy’s service was invaluable, he is a hard working professional with a wonderful personality!

Robert just checked my AC and see to see if I had any mold. Very nice gentleman I was never told about the protector I could get to keep this concrete dust out of here I live here next to concrete place. I was here before they were but they have more money than we have so they can get away with murder. It is already killed my little brother. And I've had to put three ACS in my house in 20 years I have to change my air filters every two weeks to make sure it's horrible but as soon as I get my surgery done I'm going to see if I can afford to get this ultraviolet system put in maybe that will help. I cannot afford to move and get another home I'm 63 years old and had seven surgeries and I do not have time to worry about moving. Thank you very much for your assistance so quickly in this matter and the gentleman Robert was extremely smart and extremely good thank you so much

I happy with this professional company and would like introducing to others for the guilty, value, word and paper bond as well as following up. Hopefully this company ARS will be blessed to stay available for a longer time. The company workmen are very educational, professional, helpful with information needed to care for the newly installed AC all around of service so everything is well ran. Again a big THANK YOU!

During the free 6-month post-purchase inspection of the central air conditioning unit in March 2023, the technician gave me some tips to keep the unit in good condition and answered a few related questions. In the months prior to the inspection I had several problems with ARS, for example; The first new AC Rheem unit they installed, apparently blew the compressor. That's when they installed my current new Carrier unit. I was shocked that during the March 2023 inspection the technician had to add Freon to a unit that is only 7 months old! I am also think if it is possible to be allergic to the freon components, since immediately after this and taking the same daily habits, I experience a continuous respiratory problem when I am at home.

Gave advance notice of arrival and arrived on time. Performed maintenance thoroughly and efficiently. Also technician was friendly and informative.

We had a new Payne 4 ton Unit installed in 2019 by ARS rescue rooter. On 4/17/23 the compressor went out. Part would be under warranty but labor was not they wanted to charge me around $1900.00 dollars for labor, shipping and 8.31lbs of R-410a. For the R-410a they wanted to charge me $900.00 Dollars pretty BAD should be criminal when retail price is $136.80 for 9lbs so I asked to just replace the whole condensing unit not for free mind you. They would not do that. They sold us the unit calling it a Carrier brand we trusted them that is on us. What can we do about this? ARS lied and that's pathetic. They offered no other options. I installed a new condenser unit and labor for $1600.00 dollars. I am upset that Payne could not sell me a new condenser. Compressor going out in 3 years is garbage but being lied to saying internals are carrier to sell me this unit and for over pricing the repair is what I have an issue with. NOT HAPPY!

Beware when having them fix anything under warranty! Not only do they charge an exorbitant "labor fee" according to their accounting department; they pro-rate what the warranty part costs if after a year old and pass that cost onto the consumer as well. The tech wasn't even there to fix it for over 2 hrs. You can't speak with an owner/ manager. When a call is requested, they will not give you the respect of a reply or call. In 2019 had them install a brand new unit and thermostat in a home I purchased in Melbourne. The unit is under 10 yr warranty. I understood that this didn't include labor for 10 years. There's nothing in the contract to let the consumer know that the labor prices will be increased significantly to cover the parts costs to them to cover that overhead.
I used this company in the past when we had our company and warehouses in Vero Beach. So sorry I didn't call someone else!

Technician Rodolfo was very informative.it was raining so he checked what he could.found a clogged drain pipe, and 2 test sites that were not re-capped by the brass covers.this happened when ARS Technician Khareem MacGregor was here to perform annual maintenance check.he, Khareem, was only here for 5-10 minutes so i am not sure we got full value for this service
