The walls are so thin you can hear them sneeze and talking as if they were in the middle of ur room. Beautiful building shame on construction is so cheap.
The staff is great but if you have neighbours like me with babies you’re so screwed both of the sides I have families with babies they’re up all night 34 and five 6 am on the weekends they don’t let you sleep it’s cheap made. Pluming bad too
Some of the most disappointing and disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. The building manager is condescending and rude
Worst building. Super noisy neighbors and the walls are paper thin you can hear everything all day and all night. Floor has so many barking dogs in so many apartments and with the paper thin walls it feels like you are sleeping in an animal shelter.
I lived here like 10 years ago and let me tell you that I loved everything about this building even tho I was working most of the time but 10 years ago this building was amazing. I don't know how this building is rifmght now but I wish I could live there again
I'd like to buy a unit on this condo but the maintenance fee it is extremely high! I think this is why there are many beautiful apartments for sale on this condo. Homeowners should decrease their maintenance fees to maintain their values
