I have been living in Artesa for a few years, I feel very happy and safe, the people work hard to keep the place clean and beautiful, the girls at the reception are very sweet and friendly!

My experience here always soon you pull up it long lines to get to the key pad. Once you get up to the gate pad after 10 mins of waiting in the line behind others cars. You have to make sure your phone has good service or you would not be able to use the residents link to open the gate, if that fail you have to manually serch the name and call the residents to get them to open the gate. Its very frustrating to have to sit there waiting for two separate gate bars to open once you pass one and then wait again for the other to open.so you can finally enter into the compound, Its alway very stressful to go there, you have people cutting you off when your going to the visitor side and then you will see someone backing up from the residents side trying to come ove to where you are to cut in line, cause they can't get in or they went to the wrong side of the gate to begin with and they just cutting me and others off. So they can go ahead. I know I am in the right side awaited 10+ mins in the line to get close to the gate it very disrespectful and frustrating to see someone cutting me off. Horrible gate system for vistors who are visiting their families in this community.

Clean, spacious, awesome jacuzzi. I saved a bug from drowning in the pool. The front desk lady wasn't very nice, but maybe she was just having a bad day.
