I would give zero stars if I could. Received the most pitiful fresh flower arrangement I've ever seen. Flowers broken and limp and in the wrong size vase. Delivery was a nightmare. There phone doesn't work and they do not return calls. Horrible arrangement. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your money.

Amazing floral artists! I am in New England and my mother is in Naples. I needed to have flowers for her birthday, but mom has been arranging flowers for 50 years and has an unhealthy vase collection so HOW do I get her something special? Ruby ran with it and delivered an amazing bouquet that she could put in one of her many vases. Mom was soooo happy and called me, face timed me and then texted that she has never gotten such amazing flowers before! Thank you for making my mom's special day!

I received a floral piece from a friend. The rose hips were dry and their leaves turned brown quickly. The baby roses shriveled quickly. The other florals dropped their leaves quickly and then their petals. I called the owner twice and was told she was too busy to talk. I sent an email with a photo of the shriveled arrangement and nothing was received back from them. The owner is an absentee owner. The same day another friend brought flowers from Trader Joes and another from Floral Design by Heidi. Use them. Definitely do not do business with Arts and Flowers by Ruby - they are not interested in doing business professionally.

Horrible. Do not order flowers from this place. I ordered flowers to be picked up at 11 and when I went there (at 10: 45 and waited until 11: 30) no one was there and the lights were off. I tried calling and no one responded. Never got the flowers and was billed for them. And no one ever reached out to me to cancel or reschedule. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

We received a basket of flowers from this establishment. The arrangement was stunningly beautiful & fragrant & so fresh.

They neglected to place a memorial ribbon on a basket I ordered for my husband, even after promising they would take care of the matter.

Best place to buy flowers. Especially Rose's. They have the best you can buy anywhere! Big and beautiful and last days more than other supplies.

Sadly, ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they were never delivered. Called the store several times and calls were not returned.

I ordered flowers from here for my parents, they were a few days late. However they were beautiful and my parents loved them! I would highly recommend this place, just order ahead if you want something delivered on time.

This company had displayed a level of unprofessionalism and discrimination that I haven’t seen in a long time. It’s very unfortunate and upsetting. I would not recommend as there are many other florist in the are that are open and professional.

Awful. I was to get flowers from my fiance, for valentines, which was to be delivered to my employment. No flowers. I get a call stating I would receive my flowers today which is the next day. Been all day and they close in 20 minutes been trying to call them for the last hour and the phone is busy. I would not even give them a 1 but had to to send this post
