Need some gas experts and gave these lovely folks a ring based on reviews. Called and spoke to Subina and she informed me that Dave was out to lunch but would call me after his return from lunch (1pm). Well no call, so I called the next day and was told by Subina they are no longer taking any appointments for the next 90 days. I asked why couldn't just have told me this yesterday.nothing. I miss honest people and businesses. If you need gas plumbing help, this company should not be your first call. Keep looking.

I called the electric department 3 times and waited, waited, waited only to hear that the one I was calling has not set up voicemail. I tried the immediate extension you can try in case you are having trouble reaching a department. Same thing. Wait wait. No response.

Best customer service in the business. Had a problem on a late Friday night and they came to check it out. Couldn't fix it, but showed up on Monday morning with a new motor and handled it. Can't recommend them more, they're the best!
