Warning, beware the potential charge!
Although Rich seems like a nice guy and responded quickly, he charges only by job not by the hour. He stopped by our house for a „free“ estimate, and his basic charge (before starting to diagnose or work) would have been 249$, regardless how long he works. We sent him away after that information.
We now got our minor problem fixed from someone else, it was a 10 minutes job!

I have used ASAP (Rich) for numerous projects. From a large remodeling project to a basic light fixture install. No job is too big or too small. Rich always makes you feel like you are his only customer. ASAP is always the first and only call I make when I need electrical work done. Rich is competent, punctual, consciousness, fair, honest and accommodating. I never worry about him taking shortcuts or being over charged. An added plus is Rich is a super nice person who is extremely easy to work with.

I own an "older" home (1964) and repairs can be a challenge sometimes. Half of my bathroom ceiling fixture stopped working. I called ASAP Electric and got an appointment the same week. Rich was prompt, courteous and efficient. He was able to replace the "tombstone" at one end and even put in two new light bulbs! I was thrilled! Exceptional service. I will use ASAP again!
