The ASAP towing was very quick and professional. While I did not enjoy being towed, the personnel made the experience relatively pain free.

It was Saturday in la palma I had bought a car and no tag so seal put a sticker to be towed really bad handwriting my girlfriend could find figured min. 3 day. They toad my vehicle that day it was right after I paid rent so I was broke and then my tools were in there cuz I'm construction worker struggling so I call it's like 225 for the tow and some storage fee price that is I don't know it's like $500 after 3 days and then $25 a day and more long story short with me having to pay bills child support groceries and food and then and pay Uber or someone to come pick me and take me up to work and all that that price to get my car out of impound is just unobtainable so I do feel that ASAP I was done me wrong and not giving me a proper warning time and has ruined my life financially emotionally damage my relationship with my fiance and is also caused a snowball effect of sin that keeps rolling in my brain daily as I endure this struggle if not having any transportation to where faults have passed my mind that it is a good thing that we do have law enforcement because if I was in the days of Bonanza and my horse come a missing something I would not tolerate and since I got hands I surely quick off the draw.so I hope you ASAP fell asleep good at night and rest assured that I will not be seeking revenge.but like I said the sin has snowballed in my brain to where I have caught Satan and asked the Lord Jesus to take these hatred thoughts from me and that that car will when they turn into rust but I will live for eternity I'd spoke with a little girl at the front desk on the telephone and there's an auction coming up here in January nah just may attend the auction and try and purchase my car back is there any rules against letting bidders know at the auction the car is mine and I strongly suggest not to bid on it because it doesn't run well and if you think you can fix it you're going to need a doctor also.

Asked for a phone call before picking up. They did not call. Brought wrong items to me. Was quoted 1 price and turned into 50 dollars more. Will never use this company again

Awesome customer service. Stephanie behind the desk treated me with the upmost respect. I also called (I want to say after hours) to speak with someone about me having issues getting my E-title to handle business with ASAP. Come to find out I was speaking with the owner of the company and he was thee most helpful human I could have asked for in this stressful time. Held back charges and just overall made everything about this experience ok! Thank you both so very much. Y'all rule. #Realhookers

I needed a tow from my apartment parking garage to the dealer. It was tricky getting the car out of the stall but Sean did a great job in a short time. I appreciate the expertise and the service!

Had to have my truck towed that’s a bummer but the guy who towed was nice friendly polite and professional will use them again hope I don’t have to and he knows how to back that big truck up in a parking space at the beach ace hardware I’m impressed

This place is a joke and should not be in the business they don't even deserve one-star poor customer service and biggest rip off in Jax stay away and get any other tow company in Jax but them

Horrible situation, car was towed from an apartment complex, completely ruined the bumper to a 100k+ car, lady also said that the driver had messed up, but when the owner was confronted about it, he’s not taking responsibility for the situation. Finally dealing with ASAP’s shenanigans first hand

My truck was stolen and in stead of them calling ME, the owner of the vehicle, they got in touch with MY insurance company. The insurance company called me to tell me my truck was found total lost and where do I want ASAP to it from there lot at the Beaches. Lousy job, I should have been notified about my truck to make a decision, I might have gotten someone else to tow it from ASAP TO A PLACE THAT I CHOOSE. "" MONEY HUNGRY AND GREEDY. ""

I had a blowout on I-10 yesterday during rush hour traffic. Needless to say I was an emotional wreck as it was also pouring rain. I called a tow service who could not help me due to my issues. They recommended ASAP Towing and I am so grateful they did! When I called, I spoke with Alicia and she is AMAZING. I was ugly crying and couldn't tell her exactly where I was. She calmed me down and listened to my issues. Due to her awesome customer service, she went above board to take care of my needs! The tow truck driver was Sean. He was Amazing. He is professional, fast, friendly and just amazing! Thank you ASAP Towing for the amazing customer service. Forever grateful customer!

I have no use for this company. I wouldn't take them to a dogfight if they were the defending champ.

This business just towed my 9 month pregnant wife’s car and left her stranded. They said there was nothing they can do. As we were paying the ridiculous fee, the driver pulls up with another vehicle and says, ‘Man do I feel like sh*t for towing a pregnant woman’s car. ” Obviously not since he saw the car seat in the back.

Worst customer service ever it was over 4 hrs waiting on someone to come let me in to get my vehicle, unprofessional workers on site with a rude attitude.

Charged me an extra fee for absolutely no reason, because it was there for more than six hours overnight while I was asleep. 180 dollars to get my own car back, took for ever for the guy to come to the gate and open the gate to let us out, miserable humans overall.

Scam company. Tows cars for no reason and expects you to pay $200 to get your own stolen car back
