These people tow my vehicle from my house, charge me a storage fee and have the nerves to have me waiting 40 minutes and I am currently still waiting to get my car. This has gotta be the sorriest most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with.

Disrespectful, aggressive, and lacking the slightest bit of professionalism. 0/5 if possible. This is as low as it gets.

This company is a joke of a towing company. When I got my car out they damaged all kinds of parts underneath my vehicle. When I confronted the guy about it he says there's parts all over the place where you can clearly see that piece was broken right off my vehicle.

If you are going to an impound lot, odds are this is not your best day ever. Well, I can guarantee you, a rough day will automatically be made miserable if you go here. The old man up at the office was so unnecessarily rude to us when we had every intention of being reasonable and patient, knowing they were just doing their jobs putting our truck in there. Unfortunately, we were not given twenty-four hour notice from our apartment complex that the truck was being towed, so for all we knew, it had been stolen. The moment we got there, we stepped to the gate, not touching it, but just looking at the vehicles to see if our truck was even there, and old dude starts catching so much attitude with us like we want to cause some kind of trouble. He was straight up nasty. Do not do your business with these immoral, unkind people. He was just the worst one, but certainly not the only one getting sideways with us. Their driver was certainly no peach either, barking at us as though we were unruly when we were only asking for directions to the office. I am sure they get their fair share of hotheads coming through there, but we literally did nothing. Absolutely garbage customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. Only saving grace was the nice woman at the desk who laughed like she agreed with us when my boyfriend said they should retire that old man.

In the end the tow went very well and the cost was very reasonable just a couple hundred to tow my car 25 miles. It did take a while, I asked for the tow around 2-3 pm and didn't get it till 11 pm but the office took down the wrong number so James was going to pick it up at 8 PM but I requested for James to call me prior to picking it up so there was a small mix up. Things happen. I understand. James the tow truck driver was very friendly, helpful, and kind. I would use them again!

Never have I dealt with staff so rude, their actions are negligible and criminal.

Update three days after this the owner went above and beyond to make this right!
The local FORD dealer told me ASAP towing was the best tow company in town.

Apparently, the woman I dealt with was the owners ex-wife – was not initially a pleasant experience, although Vince really went out of his way to make it right

Mistakes happen often give people a chance to write their wrongs, and they will go above and beyond – or they’ll go nowhere. Vince went way above.

Damage the pillars on each side of my windshield on my Corvette because it was not loaded properly the windows were not rolled down when the car was loaded onto the tow truck Corvette are known the flex they are supposed to flex but obviously the tow truck driver had no clue about what he was doing with a high-end car and I would not let this tow company tow a dead dog

Office is disgusting and the property has broken glass all over the rocks where my car had been pulled into. Ridiculous

So glad the city finally removed these crooks from the tow rotation list. They are extremely rude and it finally caught up to them. I hope this hits them hard! Reading this made my morning so much better!

Tesla Towing. Great customer service all around! ASAP was able to handle my requests as well as alleviate anxieties about towing a wrecked Tesla Y long distance. Rocky showed up on time and talked me through the steps before proceeding. Payment was quick and seemless.

It was difficult for me to find information on towing companies that knew the tesla procedures. ASAP is one of them. Asked all the right questions, secured all 4 tires to Tesla instructions and knew how to operate the vehicle.

I would use again, (hopefully don't have a wreck again) and recommend to any Tesla Owners. Solid and professional almost like an extension of Tesla.

When you wait over 12+ hours for towing but they never show. How about learn to communicate and keep your customer informed. What a waste of time. ASAP is a joke in your company name.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.low life crooks run this business and illegally towed my car. Customer service is just disgusting, they take photos before and during the tow so I asked to see the pictures and they refused to show me the pictures of where I parked because I know I wasn’t parked in an illegal area on private property! I parked where I live.

Great team, very responsive and fair pricing. This is the second time I've used them.

Everyone was very nice. Unfortunately I had to bail my car out of jail but everyone here was very helpful.

Had to pick up my car this morning after getting towed last night. Joy was working at the desk. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had wonderful costumer service and made the experience much easier. She made my day!

Rip off company they steal your money and lurk the streets just to make other people life hard. One day they will catch someone on a bad day and I can’t wait….
