Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent's Primary Care - Westside, Jacksonville FL

I should give any star but i cannot do it, I made my appointment in November 2022, my appointment it was today March 1st a long waiting list but I accepted, upon I get the office for the front desk told me my appointment was canceled. Someone call me to confirm, they texted me to confirm and I said yes. I have medical insurance. Definitely they play with your time, I requested the day off at my work for. 0000 recommendation, what bothers me the most is having waited for 4 months and cancel they made me waste my time. It was horrible.

Dr Velasquez is excellent, but the staff do not know how to listen and don't seem to care.

The doctor had very good bedside manners. She listened to my health needs and explain very well what my treatment was going to be. She my my primary doctor due to i was sick and had to see who was available. Didn't have a long waiting time. I have an appointment with my primary. Dr. Velazquez is also a very good doctor wouldn't change him for another doctor.iverall service from the time I walked in to i left it was excellent.

Kristen Rijo is absolutely dreadful. Worst bedside manner I have ever come in contact with. Usually nurse practitioners are more humble that real doctors, but this is not the case. It's not so much about what she said, but the way she said it. She was argumentative when I questioned how one instance of mild hypertension (i happened to test high at the office, probably because I was irritated. I usually don't) can cause migraines lasting for weeks. She simply repeated her argument in a louder voice. She was really condescending when I did not understand the "yearly eye exam" that I'm apparently supposed to be having (but have never heard of, I'm sure it's true but still.) and responded the same way, repeated but louder as if I was a child. She gave me hell when I told her that I was seeing her because I was not able to see my actual primary care doctor in a timely manner, and almost refused to treat me, saying that my insurance wouldn't cover it and I was essentially required to switch to her as a doctor. Sorry lady, I was unaware of that rule (my insurance company is too). The only reason I stayed in the visit is because I was desperate for treatment. I was so spun up by the end of the visit I couldn't remember how I got into the office. I went the wrong way upon my exit and she yelled "LEFT! LEFT! " I think I may be done with ascension st.vincent and am certainly done with this ridiculous excuse for a medical professional.

I have been coming to this location for 7 years everyone at this location are very perfessional, nice, pleasant and always smiling. My doctor Kristina she's so caring. I her.

The office is always clean and sanitary. The office staff are very helpful and take their time to help as you check in. The Dr's are very kind and compassionate and listens to your needs. As well as not rushing you through your appointment. What I like most is being able to get my blood work, x-rays, and mammograms done at the same place. Also an emergency clinic in case you have an emergency. It's refreshing.

The staff is always friendly and Dr. Valezquez is the best. He listens and does not rush you through the appt. Anytime I have a question even if it is not my appt, I use the portal and he is quick responding. Especially with prescriptions as well. He is definitely a big asset to Ascension primary care.

Appreciate the Doctor, nurse, lab and X-ray. Very professional, yet personal. Friendly and clean office and exam-treatment rooms and waiting room.

Dr. Fleppie Vasquez is awesome. It's the woke Ascension that's real bad. Can't follow instructions. Don't care for your health only your money.
