They Just canceled my daughter’s 2 month check up due to a scheduling conflict and now they want to push it out for another month. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Trying to reach the office is non existent. We were referred to this practice and love our doctor but the admin side of things is TERRIBLE!

Called for a sick visit today and was told that they had no availability until December 16th including sick appointments. When asked for a nurse to call back, we were only told that they are short staffed. Completely dismissed. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We love Dr. Browser but when we need a sick visit it is nearly impossible. We are now looking for a new pediatrician.

My son had a full body rash when I called trying to find out what to do was told they would call me back. I ended up calling back after no response only to be told they will call me right back then nothing then again they said they would call when his doctor came in to the office but no call back.

Dont even think to have this as your PCP if your child gets a cold or ear infections or gets sick in general.
They wont see your child but tell you to get a covid test or tell you they can see them in 2 weeks.they barely see your child unless its a routine thing so they push them off on er doctors & everyone else. They dont care about you having to expose your child to possibly more infections or worse covid itself. Lets not add the fact everytime you call for an appt your told they have to talk to the doctors about even getting your child the appt. (6 times now) & the call back takes hours in which they call back to tell you to pretty much kick rocks. Hands down WORST pediatric doctors office in town. Dr. Phillips has misdiagnosed multiple times. Dr.kantu pretty much told me since I'm not a doctor I didn't know what was going on with my child. After 15 ear infections finally was able to push the doctor to refer for tubes.
Misdiagnosed double pneumonia twice.

We had to wait a little longer this time because Dr. Maya was backed up a bit, but we didn't mind. She provides excellent care to our son and takes the time to talk with us and answer any questions that we may have. We feel blessed to have found her for our son's care.

Horrible experience with them today. Just relocated to Florida and was looking for a new pediatrician. Had an appt with Dr Cantu today and was refused service because I have my son on the Dr Sears schedule. I would’ve been required to give him 6 vaccines minimum to be seen. This is something that should’ve been mentioned when I was looking to even make an appt much less after paying several tolls and sacrificing a couple hours of my time. This clinic does not support individual needs nor the patients bill of rights

Dr boswer is the best out there my son had a long seizure in her office and she never left my side and helped all the way around
