The staff and doctor were all thorough and professional answering all my questions and anything I was concerned about.

I was able to see my primary the day after I called. On medication now and to call if no relief.

I was bitten by a squirrel Sunday afternoon (I know I know it's a long story). Dr bixler called the health dept and the CDC.she could have sent me to the ER but she didn't and took the time to explain everything to me. Her office also found me an appointment the same day as it was an emergency. Dr.s at sacred heart have been mine for over 20 years and I'm blessed to have Dr. Rachel Bixler as my care provider

My only complaint was the wait time in the lobby. The nurse and Nancy were very compassionate & thorough.

The staff at Ascension Cape San Blas are excellent. My husband went in with breathing difficulty and some chest tightness. The ER nurse, Teri, was kind and reassuring. Dr. Pablo ordered the right tests, asked enough questions of my husband to figure out and diagnose the problem. A prolapsed mitral valve. He then ordered medication, and kept him overnight for observation, which helped greatly. The floor doctor, Dr. Summer and nurse Courtney were professional and thorough.

Every time I have an appt.there everyone from there from reception to Ms. Nancy Anderson And her Nurse. Friendly and dedicated.

I had a sudden onset of a severe ear ache. I was unable to get any pain relief. My husband drove me to the hospital to which I was admitted easily and fast. I was taken back to an exam room, gave a description of what happened to a registered nurse. I was seen seen by the ER physical who examined me and treated me. The nurse reviewed my discharge instructions and I was discharged to home. I received excellent care.

Professional, listened and caring. Good recommendations on numerous health subjects I had. Very interesting on my overall health and what I am doing to stay healthy.

Never any issues with this doctor’s office. We love the staff and they always kind and professional

I was able to get a same day appointment and both nurse Renee as APRN Nancy where as helpful, professional and sweet as they could be. Really appreciate these ladies!
