Ascott Place Apartments, Tampa FL

Dyon and team are absolutely Gem. I have really enjoyed living here. Apartments are roomy and the area is neat and tidy. Pool are well maintained and maintenance team are always very helpful. I see lot of negative comments about the place, I believe those people wanted to live in babylon garden paying pennies. I have absolutely found no issue living at Ascott Place.

Love it here. Times are tough for alot of us but the staff at the front have always been very great to me for aslong I have been here.

I just recently moved in and I have to say that finding apartment here has been enjoyable. Dyon, helped us with everything. All the process was quick as well, he was very thorough for what we need to do before moving in. The apartments looks spacious and it’s pretty affordable compared to other one I’ve had to look at. I also like the system of doing laundry and how the app works. The community looks clean and peaceful as well. Can’t thank Dyon enough for all the help and making us feel welcomed since day 1.
I’m glad i picked to live here.

If I could leave no stars I would only for the fact that this place is so poorly run and I just moved out maybe a week before writing this. No air flow. Mold was growing in the vents and kids fighting every day. It was a nightmare

Apartments are not bad. Overpriced, but not bad. But the company operating it is bunch of scammers. They will scam you with collections even if they have your deposit money and you are covered by insurance. Worst management. Avoid this company.

The worst apartment I have ever lived. Every month comes with unexpected fees. AC does not work well. I would highly suggest to avoid these apartments.

I've lived here for over twenty eight years (since 1994) and just want to say I've never experienced any of the behaviors posted on this site (yeah, that's the truth, I'm a real person living here and writing this). It's a really nice place to live - honestly. I also have to mention that after this number of years having received consistently prompt help and professional, friendly assistance isn't luck or a "one-off" experience. It's obviously a result of the hardworking people in our office who stay late and make sure things are covered here - that's impressive. I know they stay late on our behalf because I've come home from work and have seen them still working afterhours. I know it's for the tenants. Diana, the Manager, Karen, the Assistant Manager, and Dyon also of the office staff take our concerns and getting a response to them seriously. You want that in an apartment management staff. The apartments are really well situated, too, for walking to everything you could possibly need like groceries, medical facilities, pharmacy, with a Target and Walmart as well just minutes to walk to. For all the years I've lived here, I've felt safe and secure when I sleep at night which is also very important. The staff is great, the apartments are situated well, and you can count on a good and safe night's sleep every night.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. An absolutely deplorable place to live. From being WAY overpriced, and the worst management and maintenance staff imaginelable. Not to mention their only desire to get as many fees off of you before you leave as possible. Please for your own sanity please never rent from these people ever.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and the office staff are very much helpful including the maintenance staff. It’s a quiet and safe environment to live. I personally would recommend anyone searching to find a apartment to come check Ascott place for yourself. I’ve made my apartment into a place I call home and It’s been a pleasure living here. There’s been very little problems that were quickly or eventually solved in no time. I’ve read some the reviews and my experience here haven’t been nothing like theirs, Again I would recommend living here based upon my experience.

Mrs. Karen Macneil in the front office is so amazing, her professionalism, positive demeanor, ability to always actively listen and effectively solve any problems I have come to her in regards to living here has always been astounding. I couldn't ask for a better place to live, and people to be surrounded by like her. She never stops smiling and exhibiting what a team player looks like.

I have lived here for 10yrs and I have had a great experience. The office staff, Karen, Diana, and Dyon are extremely nice and always helpful. The maintenance orders are complete in less than 24 hours. This is a safe community and I enjoy raising my daughters here. The office staff is so cheerful and always celebrate holidays and does things to include everyone. They have free ice cream days, holiday parties, even breakfast on the go sometimes when Im leaving for work. The neighbors are respectful and I truly am blessed to live here! My apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy.

They will give you a violation for anything and everything lord forbid your baby cry all night cause of a fever and the neighbors call and say they being loud (AND THEY ARE CRYING FROM BEING SICKKKKK) if you have kids stay FAR AWAY. THEY BELIEVE ANYTHING WITHOUT PROOF.

The discrimination is at an all time high in these apartments. Please don’t waste your money.

The people in the office is rude, they have unnecessary attitudes when asking questions about my unit.they show no professionalism.

Horrible place to stay. Consistently sending out violations to people and I hate these peoples in the office. Musty mfs so unprofessional. DO NOT STAY HERE!
