Brook is always super fast at responding to concerns & handling them. She’s always kind & very helpful. My issues are fixed ASAP & the contractors Ashford brings in are also very polite, timely & helpful.

Leasing agent Brooke is amazing! We did our tour yesterday and the community is so cute with a cozy feel. Apartments are a little small but they are super cute as well. Out of the many apartments I have viewed this past two weeks, this one is at the top of my list. Big shout out to Brooke! She needs a raise!

Worst experience ever remodeled unit the central unit didn’t work. They changed my lock on door so we were locked out. No screens on windows. Ants were all in the apartment.paid over 2000.00 to move in and here we are two weeks in and still central unit still note working. The hallway is now getting a hole cut in it to fix ducking. WORST ever would not recommend

My daughter and I moved here 2 years ago and we have been so happy here. The office staff is AMAZING Brook and Heather have been there for my daughter and I every step of the way after a traumatic event that needed us to be transferred to another unit. They were so attentive to our situation and always making sure that we had everything we needed to make that move. The new maintenance staff is just as amazing. Recently they made sure my AC was repaired timely as well as the bath/shower and my closet doors replaced. Heather helped and
got my daughter in to a newly renovated apartment here and our lives have never been better we have neighbors who are amazing and we are truly happy at Ashford Bayside the continuing improvements by management to the property are beautiful and I'm proud to call Ashford Bayside home.

There have been a few hiccups with my move in. They went out of their way to make sure I could move in when I needed which I believe caused some of the issues.
I did not get a parking pass which lead to my car getting towed. The office was great at assisting me in getting my car back for free.
I didnt get added to the Amazon locker. I wasnt told I had to be until 2 months later by Amazon. But they fixed that quickly. I have had some issues with bugs and plumbing however the team is fantastic at working work orders. The issues have been resolved at this point.

Worst apartments ever they do NOT fix anything that needs to be fixed I have several roaches running around my apartment daily they come from the cracked wood in the walls and under the sink and I also have mildew growing in my ceiling that they will not fix I would not recommend this overpriced filthy apartment to anyone once lease is up I will be moving asap

If my review keeps just one person from moving into these apartments, it simply won’t do. I did not want to move into these apartments to begin with, but at the time I was looking literally nothing was available. These were available and it is clear why. The signs welcoming people to newly renovated apartments is a joke in itself. Welcome! The dumpster is always full and surrounded by trash. The walkways/stairways/elevators are NEVER cleaned. The room they show you as an example is on the first floor because if you walked up the stairs or used the elevator you wouldn’t dare choose them. Just run, being homeless is a better option than staying here.

HONESTLY AS A FAMILY (4) WITH 2 SONS, I'VE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED AND HUMILIATED BY A SO-CALLED "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT" (EXCEPT FOR WHEN IT WAS "SHADY OAKS") THAT DELIBERATELY CALLS THE POLICE FOR THE GRIEVANCES THAT YOU AS A TENANT HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION. YOU'LL DEFINITELY REGRET LIVING HERE IF YOU WANT PEACE AND PRIVACY YOU'LL BE GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE NEGLECT AND DISRESPECT! YOU'VE BEEN HUMBLY AND HONESTLY WARNED. P. I just moved in here and I have to say Heather was great. She made my move in experience process fun and great. She was very nice friendly and amazing customer service. And she was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything.my apartment was ready to go as she promised.overall I give her a 10 star

This people LOVE to leave you with an emergency problem UNSOLVED for days/weeks. My second time dealing with issues in my unit with the air conditioning, I’m on day 6 now (told me they had to order a whole new piece thursday for it that it would take 2 DAYS!) go over to the office today to see if their fixing it they tell me they ORDERED THE PIECE MONDAY. Unbelievable first they LIE to you and then they have you dealing with your problems for WEEKS. First time it happened they had me without AC FOR 2 weeks people you don’t need to deal with this so please don’t even consider touring this place if they’re not going to help the residents with their problems.

They refuse to give back my deposit after denying me cause of a felony 13 yrs ago now they will not answer my calls or respond to my e mails they have been holding my money for 3 weeks now worst experience I have ever had with apartment complexes please beware of these people if you don’t want your money stolen from you

I asked 5 corporate workers 5 days ago to have this car towed that has been sitting here for 4 months with a flat tire. 2 of them told me they would have it removed. Here it still sits! This company is not a company you want to rent from. They don't take care of things properly and have corrupt employees in the office. They haven't been fired and corporate knows about it all. Do not rent from here.

My mother pays way too much for this glorified ghetto. The managers don't care about anything but making money which means frequent rent hikes, nothing gets repaired, and none of the perks of living here (pool, park, gym, laundromat) are maintained well enough to justify the price. The neighbors are lack luster for sure.

I had a tour scheduled at 2PM yesterday, and when I arrived to the office, there was a paper clock om the door saying "we'll be back" and the hands were on 2: 40. I called just in case, left a voice mail, and I emailed the woman who originally set up the tour with me two times. I have still not gotten a response, but I suppose this says all I need to know. I would not like living here if it's this hard to just see a place.

I really should have read the reviews before moving here. It's only been two weeks and I've had multiple mental break downs its getting to the point I'd rather be at work then at home.

Worst complex ever let my entire building burned down. It was another apartment's wiring in the walls. They would not answer my calls or when I showed up. I resorted to calling corporate and leaving multiple voicemails, but that is to know end. I was told I had to have runners insurance and handed the paper to get it from them. That covered $5,000 when I lost everything. Then come to find out they own that company too. They will not disclose their insurance company, so that I can recoup some of the loss I've suffered.
