My complaint is with your website and the difficulty finding an item that is available through the store here in Ft Myers
I chose 3 different items and each was not available because my local store is part of a franchise and they don't have access to all products. Makes it very difficult for the consumer to know the difference and shop. If I didn't have a store credit to use I would have shopped elsewhere at that point

Daniel was patient and did some searching for us after he knew what we wanted. Very polite, helpful, and gave us space to look at the whole store.

Denise Barnhardt, our saleswoman, was very helpful and professional with helping us buy our dining room set. The showroom was very nice and had plenty of stock.

My husband and I visitted the Ashley’s store in Fort Myers Florida, and I must say, I was very happy with the service received. Usually when we go to some other furniture stores we are being bombarded by sales reps who are ready to grab a commission, so I was pretty surprised at the way no one came to drag us away as we enter. No one hovered around, so we got a good chance to look around and make our observations as to the various items we were interested in. Then finally when a sales rep, just in passing by, asked us if we needed help, we were ready let the person know what we were looking for. Tony took us under his wings, showed us the various items, made us test mattresses one after the other, and finally we were ready with our selection of pieces. Our end result was very satisfactory and satisfying. We were very impressed at the way Tony handled things, called up the right resources and helped us to get as much discounts as was possible. And the delivery too was amazingly speedy. I am a happy customer of Ashley’s Furniture Store.

We visited this store today hoping to find some end tables. We walked the store for 45 minutes, and not one person acknowledged us. No one looked our way or even offered help. The decent prices encouraged us to shop online.

My experience with Ashley Furniture and Ciry Furniture was very disappointing and I would not purchase any more furniture from this store again. I spent thousands of dollars at both stores and when the furniture was delivered, several pieces were damaged. I had one technician come in to repair, but, unfortunately, he wasn't able to repair because the screws were stripped and/or unrepairable and need to be replaced. That's all fine, however, now I'm being told that I have to pay more out of pocket expenses to have new furniture delivered and put back together when the original pieces should have come in undamaged.

Stay away from their bed frame material is not good and they won’t replace it they will only send someone every time to make it worst. Worst furniture experience ever.

We bought furniture here last year after we bought our house. No issues with that. But they sold me a one year accident warranty on the merchandise. And I was told if I don’t use it I won’t lose it. I got my letter and I put it aside because like a lot of people our house is in shambles from the hurricane. So we forgot about it. But we went in on 8/1 and once we finally found someone after being in there for 20 plus minutes the sales person was acting weird and said he had to see a manager. After about 15 more minutes the sales person told us we can only use half of the credit and I asked why. He said it expired already but he was kind of talking to me like I was an idiot. So I told him I probably spent around $12k in there in two separate orders in the same month. He just rolled his eyes and walked away. I was going to buy some more furniture that night. We were looking at a sectional but we’re going to go to Port Charlotte instead. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. UPDATE…corporate contacted me and made things right.

We had the best experience with Nazik! She was a real professional, no pressure but very well informed! I really can’t say anything negative about our experience! Great job team!
