Chris McKenzie, sales consultant is really all that needs to be said. His service was amazing! He took the time to search for the specific sectional I was looking for while other sales consultants ignored me. My delivery was on time and setup very quickly. If you ever go to the home store ask for Chris, you will be very pleased.

I can’t even get in contact with these people. I ordered a table for 559$ in December and didn’t get it. I ordered a bed base and they delivered the wrong one twice. I will never shop at Ashley’s furniture again for this reason. Beware of the shady customer service they offer. Ridiculous!

We’ve been in twice and the customer service is terrible. We thought we give them a second chance but never again. You can tell there’s issues with the employees in there. Their not helpful at all for a sales person to tell you the tag will let you know if it’s a sleeper instead of showing us is poor customer service. Also one Asian lady at the desk area with no mask and extremely rude! Stay away there are better places to shop for your furniture!

Please go see Steve he was truly amazing and helped me so much picked the perfect couch and tv stand I needed for my living room! He listened to my wants and delivered excellent customer service!

From the moment we walked in to Ashley Furniture we were immediately greeted by Chris. He let us do our thing and he periodically came in to check in on us. Once we narrowed down the 3 options we were looking at he took the time to explain our options (switching arm rest from left to right and choosing ottoman). We left that day pondering over our decision and then we called Chris the next day so we can finalize our order over the phone. The best part.we did everything over the phone!

If you go to Ashley Furniture at Millenia go find Chris. He knows his stuff and he will surely answer all your questions. Thanks Chris!

They don't have a rating low enough for this place. I believed I was purchasing 2 White stools. Upon delivery I open the box to find they where bone. I called immediately. I was put on hold for 15 minutes before basically being told to go to the store. I went to the store explained the situation. The salesperson literally remembered me specifically saying I wanted white chairs.

The manager & front desk folks didn't care at all. Gave me some case number that led nowhere. They have a convenient no return policy that was never mentioned. My best bet is getting chair covers for brand new stools Yay.

Worst experience ever. They couldn't buy my business again if they tired. Doesn't matter though I'm sure this will go no further then this vent. They do not care.

I purchased a lift table at Ashley a few weeks ago and it was delivered with a giant hole. The delivery people (who were terrific) took it back and a new date was established and delivered on time. The same day, I purchased couch at a different furniture store. They gave me a date for it to be delivered and then delayed in by three weeks - no big deal? I got rid of my old couch and had no where to sit in my living room. So I went back to Ashley and found a couch - a nice one. The salesman, Adam, was professional, pleasant and well informed. I'll be in the market for a mattress soon and I will go back to Ashley. The store I went to at the Mellenia Mall seems on the small size and I would say that their variety was somewhat limited.

Here's the thing, the furniture I received seems good (so far) but the delivery was a horrible experience. Drivers didn't know the address and wanted it shared to their personal phone numbers, didn't wear masks, didn't wear the protective foot coverings for my home floor, wanted me assemble parts of it with power tools, etc. Not sure what the process is supposed to be but, may be looking elsewhere in the future for better delivery service.

The sales associate Giancarlo Cento was the best we have ever dealt with! He was friendly, attentive, left us to browse but came back frequently to give us assistance so not pushy or overbearing, which was very appreciative. Unfortunately, we didn't purchase because we are very picky and what we were looking for just wasn't at ashley homestore. Highly recommend checking them out though and asking for Giancarlo!

Chris McKenzie at Ashley Homestore Millenia is by far the BEST sales associate EVER! He is attentive and knowledgeable, without hovering over you (like I’ve experienced with other sales associates at other furniture stores). He knows the products in his showroom and makes the buying process so much fun! Plus, they have great furniture options! I recommend Ashley Homestore Millenia, and especially Chris, to anyone looking to make furniture buying enjoyable.

WHEW.it has been a bumpy ride. If you are reading this- you are probably like me in the sense that you are always curious about 2 star reviews and find they tend to be very truthful so hopefully I can help.

The store is amazing, the products have been great. But the customer service has been an absolute headache.

At this particular location - If you want a sales associate that communicates, your advocate or even just responds to basic questions, it’s NOT Steve. Placed what many Ashley customer service agents (and I dealt with over 20 over these past couple months) would consider a large order on September 5th and am still dealing with things to this day. I understand Covid is a big part of all of the delay and I empathize with that however the part I don't understand the lack of communication and miscommunication I have received from Steve and Ashely in general. Steve has simply said thanks for the commission and has left me on an island to deal with everyone on my own - to even ignoring multiple chance to get ahold of for basic questions. Match that with the headache of a customer service line / system and you are in for more frustration than I have ever dealt with… Granted I ran into a few agents who were wonderful (shout of to Alexis and Tarriana) but otherwise my advise would be to make sure you know your case number and get the names of people you spoke too and don’t depend on Steve to be there at all.

Tips to future buyers: make sure that whatever you want to buy is IN STOCK before you fall in love with it. I literally had a delivery man tell me, yea I don’t buy anything unless they can show me on the computer that it is in stock at deployment center at that very moment. I had a bed be delayed delivery 3 times- first time it was missing the headboard, then it was missing the drawers that were apart of the footboard, then the third attempt delivery the side rails where missing so by the forth attempt it finally made it. Also they wouldn’t let you know that it wasn’t being delivered till DAY OFF or multiple times the delivery people had to be the bear of bad new.

Again, I have loved the product (hence the two stars) just would love to help anyone prevent my steps so they don’t go through the same experiences.

Also, would love if Steve would reach out to me to make things right… still missing a reimbursement in my account.

Did not buy anything. Ashley has up their game. The family will be moving to a new house shortly. I foresee Ashley supplying a large amount of furnishings. I was stunned at the selection.

No pressure to purchase nor get financing. Salesperson was very helpful and transaction process was painless. I like selection of furniture. Priced for people just starting out ($300) to well established buyers ($$$$$).
