Ordered bed online, received partial order a week later. Some pieces backordered which I wasnt informed of till they dropped off pieces they had. Received text yesterday rest was coming today, time passes for when it would be delivered by and tracking number no longer works. Call support and they tell me items are special order and will take two weeks. Never buying from again and trying to return what I got. Terrible service.

Bad experience all around. I ordered A couch from them at a decent price and was really excited about it. I recieved An email Saying to expect them to contact me but then at the bottom of the email it said to contact Ashley Furniture to schedule a delivery date. I waited 2 days for them to call and then I called customer service. The customer service lady was nice and said to expect a call from the delivery people later that day. I never received a call so I waited two more days and called again. This time I was told the couch I ordered was not in stock and I was mad because I paid for it so why was something on their website if it wasn't in stock. Customer service told me to wait 48 hours to be contacted about the status of the couch and whether or not theyre gonna get it from wherever the heck they get it from. FINALLY I receive a call that im getting the couch and to expect an email to schedule the date of delivery and multiple emails throughout the week confirming the date of delivery BUT NO TIME! VERY inconvenient when people WORK and don't know what time to expect a delivery. They were very vague and said it could be delivered any time between 7 and 5 so I told my supervisor I may have to either come in to work late or leave early. THE DAY OF I was STILL waiting and didn't know when they'd arrive so I went to work and as soon as I got there received a phone call saying delivery would arrive to my house in 45 minutes so I left work. The delivery guys didn't even try to bring the couch inside my apartment. They brought it through my door way and said the couch was too big and theyd have to take it back. I refused. I was LIVID because I live alone and paid the extra money for them to DELIVER it and bring it in my home because I cant do it alone. I told them to leave my couch outside and I called some coworkers to help me and they got it inside for me. I don't know if it was just laziness on behalf of the delivery guys or maybe they needed a third person to help them because they were really skinny and my couch was really heavy but they did a horrible job. They were at least friendly but not good at the one job theyre supposed to do. I almost wasn't able to get the couch I was so happy to get and they almost missed out on a sale but im very persistent and knew it would be able to fit through the door and Im glad I told them to leave it but wish I could get my delivery fee back since they didn't even do their job right.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our living room set at Ashley Furniture. Lets face it there furniture is built to last! Beaux was our salesmen. He greeted us and let us do our own thing. He was there for any questions we had. We left and returned the next day to seal the deal with him. Everything was pleasant.right down to the delivery and set up. Thanks Beaux! We appreciate you!

The associates at Ashley Furniture-Sawgrass was awesome. The mgmt trainee Davia D.was absolutely wonderful, helpful and patient with answering all my questions. I truly appreciate all her efforts. I will be back!

A couple years ago I walked into this store and it was horrible. The lady was so rude and I told myself I wouldn’t walk in here again. Yesterday I needed a dining room table and because rooms to go didn’t have anything to match what I need I figured I would try Ashley’s again. I have to say, I received the best service ever! Beaux is the one to see. He takes time into figuring out your needs and doesn’t pressure you into buying anything you may regret. He is hilarious! From the moment I walked until the moment I left, the service was unbelievably great! Thank you so much Beaux! HES AWESOME!

The service from Nick was amazing, he helped me narrow down my options and also presented me with great tips. The delivery guys were quick and efficient, very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Nick contacted me within 5 minutes of the delivery time to confirm that everything was to my liking. Amazing service!

Wen you buy they tell you the product it’s very good after you get it’s not they lying to you just too sell I bought a sofa for 3.500 dollar supuesto to be 100% leather that’s what the salesman told me and wen I get the sofa was leather vinyl and I went there to get answers they didn’t care very bad customer care people what they want is sale

The furniture is great, the customer service is horrible. We purchased a power recliner in September and the sales rep that worked with us sold us a "accident protection" warranty for 100.00 extra dollars. We bought the "accident protection" warranty and had our first accident in December. We called the warranty protection department to find out that they don't even have a "accident protection" warranty. So they are going to fix my problem THIS time but if it happens again, I'm out of luck. It turns out that he sold us an extension of the manufactory warranty. They totally misrepresented what I bought. I asked for it to be added and they said" the system won't let us" so the computers control your employees? I don't understand how you can sit there and say well "sorry he sold you something that he misrepresented but thats not our problem that's the sales reps problem. WHAT? So the main reason I'm upset about this is because we have 3 young kids and the whole reason I spent an extra 100 dollars on this item was because they sold me something I thought would protect my purchase.
