I have been seeing Dr King for 10 years. I love her. My favorite doctor ever. I went through a lot and she was there helping me the whole way. I can't say enough about her knowledge and caring.

After waiting a few weeks for my very 1st appt with Dr Ashley King on June 13,2023 to finally get here, I checked in early for my 3: 40 appt and had a seat. After an hour, I went and asked the lady who checked me in what was going on and was told she was running an 1 & 1/2 hrs behind. I asked why weren't we told and she said some one, who's name I didn't catch, came out and announced it. I didn't hear any announcement. This didn't sit well with me, however, really needing to see Dr King, I decided to wait. One after another patient - some who arrived after me - was called back. After an hour and 40 mins, I finally told the girl I wasn't waiting any longer, to just refund my co-pay. She went in the back and some other girl came out wanting to know my name and date of birth, went back in the back, came out again and said her office manager was coming to talk with me. Dr King's nurse came out and said somehow the system showed I had already been seen and checked out. I was livid! Oh, but I could be seen just as soon as Dr King finished with the patient she was with now I was told. Well I guess so, there was no one else there to be seen! I laughed and said NO! I said this was definitely not the way patients should be treated, to expect them to wait. I was on time for my appt and Dr King should have been too! It gets worse. I was then told that she generally runs an hour behind. Seriously? You think people don't have other things to do? How about not over-booking.isn't that a novel idea? I am thoroughly disgusted that I had to waste 2 hrs of my time for nothing. Now I've got to find another doctor and wait for that appt to get here - dang it all, I really needed to see you. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR ASHLEY KING AT THE WOODLANDS unless you don't have a life with other obligations. Oh, and she can be expecting a bill from me for the 2 hrs wasted.you and the idiot who entered into the computer I had been seen and checked out can split the bill. I gave you 1 star only because i couldnt give you zero. Thanks a lot Dr King.

Waited 55 minutes in the waiting room then another 50 in the exam room. It is extremely rude to keep someone waiting that long. My time is just as valuable as hers.

I have encounter very bad doctor here in Pensacola, but until now she has been the worst. I had an appointment (that it was a referral and had to wait almost a month for the appointment) and I had to wait for her 45 minutes, the person from the front desk told me that she takes a long time with each patient that's why it was taking so long. When they finally called me, I was checked by the nurse (very nice and polite) finally after 20 more minutes the doctor came in to the room, she didn't even say hello. Asked one or two questions, laughed in my face for some medication (herbal pills) I was taken. Told me I have to have a procedure walk me and my husband to the check out desk and left us there without saying anything else. She was rude, less than professional. I don't want to think I had something to do with me coming from a different culture. She was barely 2 minutes with me after all the waiting.

I love it at the Woodlands! The atmosphere, the staff, the doctors! They are all a blessing in this time.
