Bought swivel chair for $500. Only 1 girl was working while 3 others sat at computers. Had to wait for the one working the floor. Pricey. I thought $99 was a little high for delivery fee. Delivery people would not move my original chair to another room. Hopefully will get a few good years out of it.

I was greeted by Ruby and she was very professional. I fell in love with the Maggie couch after I had purchased a couch elsewhere. I had to rework my plan and Ruby was helpful in assisting me.

The ladies at the store were very sweet and friendly. I would recommend this store to my friends.

Robin was very pleasant and she certainly knew her stock. My purchase went smooth and quick. Kudos!

The young lady’s Kim and another young lady who is African American help me find a bed this evening. I really appreciate the time and help they provide me. I really hope that it works because I’m really tired of waking up in pain every day and not getting enough sleep. I’m disabled and work part time. Thank you again ladies.

Store was clean and organized. Sales associate was knowledgeable as to what was on sale along with the benefits of having merchandise delivered. Great experience.

We had a store credit for defective sofas so we went in to choose replacements. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and helpful even though we were not spending any money - just using store credits. Casey was our salesperson and we couldn't have asked for a more personable individual. Even though we dealt mainly with Casey, everyone in the store was great! I would definitely recommend this store when buying furniture.

I wanted to give a big time shout to Casey! She was absolutely delightful! She managed to get a delivery window that worked out well despite the company truck being filled and not working out it was still a very positive experience and I’m very happy she made sure I got the best matching sets that fit my house and also a huge shout to Britney (hope I spell that right) and Robin as well making sure I got my financing all taken care of! I hope people know how helpful this store has been.

The store is very nice, and Kim was pleasant and helpful. Found just what we were looking for - a nice lvng rm couch.

The customer service was fantastic! Ruby was great. She told me that she was still new but that surprised me because she was very confident and knowledgeable. She double checked everything with her supervisor which made me comfortable knowing that she did not want to make any mistakes. She made the whole experience easy. She's going to be great!

Really liked this store & choices of furniture. Casey was helpful without being pushing & our sleeper sofa & coffee table was delivered in two days
