William was great! Very thorough, professional and patient. He is also very knowledgeable and provided us an experience that we will never forget. Definitely would recommend buying here with him as your sales rep.

We dealt with Sam Rolin today he was professional and not pushy, I told him what I was looking for and he took us to what we were looking for, it was seamless, and we were in and out!

Great experience with Sam! I picked a dresser with a mirror. Sam was very helpful and patient. It arrived in a timely manner and was set up by their crew with no problems. It looks awesome! I will definitely use Ashley again and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Horrible experience I'm going through. I ordered 2 bedroom sets for my children and paid $600 deposit. On the day of delivery everything was going well until they told us that one of the beds was missing some screws and they couldn't assemble it. They called the warehouse and told us that between that same day (Saturday) and Tuesday they would send someone to assemble the beds with the missing pieces. They never sent me a message, email NOTHING! On Tuesday I called to find out what time they would come and it turned out that no one knew anything. The boy who helped me told me that he was going to do everything possible to resolve it since I told him that my son was sleeping on the floor on Tuesdays. Wednesday I called him again to see what had happened and still NOTHING. He told me that he had placed the order and we had to wait to see if it would be faster to send someone with the part or send it by mail. I went to the store that same day (Wednesday) in the afternoon and
The girl who attended us verified that the order had been placed (according to her) but that the corresponding people had not yet reviewed it. We explained to her that we had a visitor next week and she told us that she sent an email to see if this could be resolved as soon as possible. Today, Thursday, my husband called the warehouse and TODAY they placed the order and we finally received an email that they had ordered the part, which is literally just a few screws. If it wasn't for the fact that we have literally called EVERY DAY they wouldn't have done anything yet. DO NOT SIGN DELIVERY SHEETS IF EVERYTHING DID NOT ARRIVE WELL! Lesson learned! I won't buy here again!

My husband and I went to the Ashley Store in Sebring 1/2 hr before they closed looking for 2 recliners. Jason Irvin greeted us and I apologized that we came in so late. He assured us not to worry at all and told us to take our time. He was so personable and helpful. Not pushy at all, but so helpful when we needed him. My husband and I couldn’t agree on two of the same recliners so Jason suggested we look at the reclining loveseats. He was so patient with us, allowing us to talk privately and we never felt rushed. One hour after closing time, we left with a purchase of a reclining love seat and we are so happy with our experience with Jason. I honestly thought he was the manager of the store because he was so knowledgeable and friendly! We will definitely ask for Jason next time we shop Ashley’s. We will also recommend him to everyone we know. Thank you, Jason!

Horrible. They lied to us. We bought a sofa sleeper and was told that the mattress would be good for anyone up to 250 lbs. My daughter, who weighs 125 lbs, couldn't sleep on it. When we called, they gave us the run around.

We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jason I.while purchasing a new living room set. He was so personable, professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw all of our options available and that we understood the details/functions with all of them. It was great that he was not over bearing and not pressuring us. He made sure we understood the protection plan that was offered l which was nice compared to other sales experiences. We felt like he really cared about our needs and was not pushy and did not try to over sell us. We could have gone with another store, but it was honestly Jason being so helpful, patient and informative that made us choose our Next Gen Dura-Pella from Ashley Furniture. We cannot wait to enjoy the zero gravity recliners on the sofa and love seats.

Mr Sam R was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful when we met him on cyber Monday, to try to find the best bang for our buck on a leather couch.

We decided to go think about it and look at other places and came back, and unfortunately Mr. Sam was not feeling well. We sure hope he feels better soon!
So iin Sam's absence, a really wonderful representative name Mr William, helped us out.
William seriously has a wonderful personality, and reassured us, that Mr. Sam would share his profit.
More importantly William worked very quickly and efficiently, to proceed with our order and answer questions.
He shared that he is new, (and side note gave props that “Sam has been there the longest, and very experienced “— as an educator, I thought that was very impressive for a young man, to show such respect!)
I was impressed as he appeared very knowledgeable, and again, has an outgoing, effervescent personality!

Our experience with both Customer Service representatives at Ashley furniture, was wonderful, and we will be back to the store, due to the outstanding service and the excellent deal, I feel we received on our exciting new couch!
