WHICH IS GREAT BECAUSE I NEEDED SOMETHING TO PUT MY SAFE ON AND WALLAH! THIS LITTLE ITEM JUST JUMPED OUT AT ME. CANT WAIT TO RETURN AND GET MY BEDROOM SET SO I CAN BE MORE CIVILIZED AGAIN. From the moment I walked in, Gudelio greeted with a warm welcome. He was extremely helpful. He listened attentively to my furniture needs and preferences, and guided me towards the perfect options.

Very surprise at the selection in this store. Sale Rep Argenis Jimenez was great! Helped us with an accent piece for our dinning room. Would definitely come back and request him.

The place is very friendly, the salesperson that took care of us was great Argenis Jimenez, he offered us the best deal on the bunk bed for our grandkids including the mattress. We are very pleased with the service we got. Only one issue that needs to be corrected is my name on the forms showing Jhoan, my name is John Munoz, which he told me that it was going to be taken care of, but I'm still receiving messages with the wrong name.

The GM doesn't to her part. Some of the staff is very rude. I was hung up on several times. Been patient but enough is enough. When I get my refund back they don't have to worry about me or my family shopping with this company again. Victor Torres is the best. I exclude him from the madness.

Since we arrived, the attention was 20 points.we found the sofa bed that we were looking for and we were very satisfied with the attention, really thank you very much for helping us find this incredible piece!

Don’t waste your time they treat you amazing the day of purchase but when the delivery comes and the majority of the product is dameged. They could care less after they have your money don’t waste your time with this store the quality control is trash. Spent $9000 on a table and 2 sofas and the table came damaged and all they were willing to do was give me a discount huge problem to have the table exchanged. Boxes even had water damage from where ever they where stored

Not only does this store have the worst communication, but they also sell their furniture under false pretense. Early December I walk into the store and saw a recliner that I wanted for a family member, it was between Ashley furniture and rooms to go on deciding on the purchase. The sales associate and the manager assured me that they would do everything possible so that the recliner would be delivered before Christmas day. I called 2 weeks before Christmas to get an update on the delivery date and was informed that if not before Christmas then on the 27th of December it would be delivered. I wasn't very happy of the news but had no choice but to wait. New Years arrived and still no recliner nor any updated phone call / email on my delivery that was expected to arrive on the 27th of December. I call the store and request to speak w the store manager. Not only do I get placed on hold for over 25 min. But when the Manager gets on the phone. She tells me that the piece I purchased wich was over $600 had been discontinued. I was so upset and disappointed at this point. The only option I had was to accept the actual floor model that I seen. And they would have to get a 3rd party to deliver the recliner and it would be delivered in 2 days. The delivery company calls me when they finally pick up the recliner stating that Ashley Furniture gave them the wrong address and they need more $ to make the delivery. I confirmed the address and stated that they need to deal w the store for more $. I still haven't received my recliner. Will never come here again nor do I recommend this location to anyone.

Always a deal on quality items. Purchased my living room and a side table. Customer care is always attentive.
