WOW!

On Monday, April 18,2022 I called IMMED Diagnostic Imaging at 8100 Royal Palm Blvd. Suite 100 and, per your assistant at the front desk…She told me not to get my tests done at The Hospital because they were expensive…

I called on Monday April 18th and after an hour waiting for someone to pick up my call…I hung up and went on line to try to get an appointment…

On Tuesday April 19th, I got an email stating that someone would contact me shortly to set up an appointment…

On Monday April 25th I physically went to Suite 100 looking to get my appointment…not only was the girl at the desk rude…she said that no one ever gets a call from the online site and that she “might” be able to fit me in sometime the end of May or possibly sometime in June…

Needless to say…I am on my way North…so; I did not get the two procedures you requested

UPDATE 6/30/23

I just called in to talk about two upcoming appointments…

After lengthily holds…the same person picked up my calls and when I started to talk…she hung up on me…

I called in again …4th call…I got a different person…Pam…

I told her not to lose my call…I was so frustrated with the rudeness of these girls answering the phones that…for now… I cancelled my upcoming appointments without rescheduling until after my travels…

I like Dr. Jawaid…but; his staff are extremely “Rude”!

Dr. Jawaid is a lovely human being. He is encouraging, he listens, and he cares. The office staff leaves much to be desired, but Dr. Jawaid is worth waiting for. A happy, healthy, wholesome role model for us to hope in.

His fault / Not his fault!

We went with my father to his visit to discuss his medications and Dr Jawaid was not pleased with us questioning his pills and daily doses etc.he said “let’s hurry this up I have other patients to see”. He rolled his eyes when I asked if coffee is acceptable for my father to drink. He called me “sweetheart” when answering back at my question. My father has no concept of healthy eating and when asking Dr Jawaid about food he said “yes eat healthy that goes without saying” and explained nothing further about foods to him. I was infuriated- our visit was an experience!

My husband and I took the time out to take my dad to his appt to just go over my dads overall health, pills, and needs for all of them and we basically met with a man that was annoyed we took up more of his time than he anticipated. He offered to up the dosages of one of his pills, instead of questioning the affects it may have on his leg circulation. Then when my husband pointed out the affects these pills may have he changed direction and said he would re-access the dosages going forward. My fathers case isn’t an easy one with all his heart/health issues, but Dr Jawaid clearly did not want to help at all and that’s the bottom line.
The health care system is built to not care about the patient- it’s a numbers game, but it was clear his job wasn’t to help us as a family or my father. Instead he got upset we questioned him on my fathers prescription medicines as if it were a personal attack on him. We will not go back and are going to see another cardiologist, Dr Magid. Shame on the system, and shame on this child of a doctor.

Is anyone else having issues contacting dr Jawaid’s office? I’ve been trying to talk to someone about getting an approval letter for dental work over a week now. You just hold forever and no one ever picks up. I plan on driving to their office and waiting for my letter.

What an amazing physician, person, human being. He and his team saved my mother's life. He gave us a true Christmas miracle.
