Very difficult for me to contact a person to answer a question about my treatment. Lost a temporary cap and could only get an appointment a week later. Hope this is ok. Temporary placed and fell out two hours later. No problems with dentist or staff, but sire wish I could contact someone somehow.

I do not even want to give one star! Their call center should be shut down. They tell you they take your insurance, no matter what kind, and upon arrival tell you they take ppo's. Trat elderly like dirt. They are pure lying scammers. What they do is bait and hook. And litteraly try to have you sign a payment contract for 8- 10 grand. HORRIBLE! They need to be investigated!

Have an Appointment for today Took the time off from work and after waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time the front office guy came to me and asked me if I want to reschedule because the doctor was busy with someone else

I absolutely loved this place. I was hopeless for years. Going to so many places to heard that my problems will cost me 15k out of pocket. The only treatment I received from those places was a quote and nothing done on my mouth. The problems kept growing and it got worst and worst. But I went here and the hygienist didn't look at my bill but she looked at my problem. She did took the time to made a plan for me and work with one problem at the time. Instead of throwed me a bill and leave me the same way I went. She has been the only one all this years to really demonstrated what a good Dr.supposed to be. A Dr.who take care of his patients first and their medical bills later. I'll for ever grateful. I 100% recommend this place.

I called to specifically ask if they took my dental insurance and gave them my insurance info and all and they confirmed they did. When I got to my appointment I gave all my information again along with paperwork and my insurance card. Shortly after my appointment time I got called to the back for Xrays after the tech said to wait for they hygienist and afterwards the dentist would follow. After 30mins the dentist came in took 10mins looked at my teeth then said wait patiently for the hygienist. For 45 minutes to an hour I watched employees walk in and out look at me and walk away some of them even multiple times. I finally asked on gentleman if they had forgotten about me. Shortly after the hygienist came in did her thing then informed me I wasted my entire Friday in their office because they do NOT take my insurance. I was livid but didn't say anything disrespectful. They literally forgot me in the room twice and have every opportunity to not waste my time and yet still wasted my time. I drove 45 mins there and 45 mins back for this appointment. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I went to Aspen dental get a exam and X-ray they were very good at that point they told me how much it would cost to get what I needed done so I told them ok let me check with my wife and I would get back to them to schedule. That’s where it all went south they won’t even schedule you a appointment without you paying up front even if your appointment is not for a month I felt like I was not at a professional dentist but now I’m at the dollar store I told them I would be more than happy to pay for everything up front when I got to my appointment before any services weee done and they said nope you have to pay up front to get a appointment that is something I have never hear of it made me feel like all they are interested I. Is your money not your teeth there is no way anyone should ever go to Aspen dental just so to the the dollar store you will get better service if I could give them a minus stars I would

I had a really bad tooth ache and they took me as a first time patient the very next day and I was happy to leave with no more pain. The dental assistant was really nice and made me feel really comfortable. The dentist himself also did a great job and had a calm and cool personality. I did not feel judge and will return soon to start on my treatment plan. The prices are really fair too. Thank you to everyone there even the nice lady that took my payment.

Poor customer service. Olivia was completely rude to me as to why I was cancelling my appointment as opposed to rescheduling. I simply told her I was using a more convenient Dentist and she stated before abruptly hanging up on me to 'have fun with that"

I have had great previous experience with this place in the past thankfully the medical providers and hygienist are professional but their secretarial staff need some work.

I want to highlight the work of Esther (dental assistant) and Dr. Al-Jamali, very professional, kind and cheerful; always with a nice contagious smile. They make me feel very comfortable: now, all my visits to the dentist are pleasant.:) I would like to recommend them.

We had one of a kind experience at the Aspen Dental on 6 Miles Cypress. The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. My mom is currently going through chemo therapy and needed a full set of dentures. She also has to have a specific kind of denture material due to allergic reactions. At every appointment we got in right away. They explained and went over the process thoroughly to make sure we understood everything. Dr. Montero and Greg made sure that my mom was comfortable at all times. The dentures look great, feel great and we have the peace of mind that if mom needs an adjustment, we can stop by Aspen Dental and they will take care of it. If you are looking for a caring, professional, outstanding dental team, Aspen Dental is the place to go.

Very upset, there is not a time that o go to Aspen dental and they are always 1 hour late, also as of today my claims from March as not being billedto my dental insurance, very disappointed

Monday morning I went to Aspen Dental To Get my teeth looked at. Every time I think about it I see DOLLAR signs floating by! My Dental exam went pretty good. The dental Hygienist Olivia did a very thorough exam outlining the coarse for the Dentist’s work. The next step was the Managers exam to look at my teeth and come up with a figure for the cost of all the work to get my SMILE) Back! The cost to get all the work accomplished wasn’t too bad. Aspen Dental’s Office was jammed packed with clients. I would give them FIVE STARS!

Had an appointment with Randi for a cleaning. She was very courteous and helpful. She really knows her stuff. The daily care she recommended I do, did work. I am very pleased that I made the decision to go to Aspen Dental.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Took exrays for no reason what so ever. Did not listen to anything I said. Would not repair the broken tooth which was the reason for my visit. The dentist, if he was one, kept talking about what he wanted to do, not why I was there.i finally had to walk out.will never go there again.

They totally hacked me. Left a lot of teeth pieces in my gums. Broke bone out of my jaw leaving sharp corners that are poking through my gums. I can't use my dentures at all after spending $11000. $4000 from my insurance company and $7000 out of pocket. Aspen Dental on 6 Mile Cypress in Ft. Myers Florida are total hacks!
So the owner, Courtney responded to my my review and told me to call her. She has yet to answer the phone or return my call. I believe her responce to my review was purely for show. I believe she actually screens call and has no intentions of making anything right. I will continue to add to this review as this goes on. This may very well end up in a Lawyers hands.

Stay away from this place! I went in to have my teeth checked because I hadn't had a cleaning for a couple years. The doctor told me I needed 5 fillings which surprised me because I was not experiencing any pain. He did the fillings and now I'm in terrible pain in 4 of the 5 teeth he worked on. I went to a different dentist after going back twice for them to fix the problem. The second dentist (who has been practicing for more than 30 years) looked at the X-rays taken by Aspen dental and told me there were only 2 teeth that had VERY small cavities that could have been treated with a sealant instead of drilling into those 2 teeth. He stated that there was no cavities in 3 of the teeth they drilled into. In addition, he had to repair a filling that was poorly done by the Aspen Dental dentist (one of the reasons I was experiencing so much pain). I have been asking to speak to the regional manager for almost 2 weeks and they refuse to give me her number and she has not called me. Therefore, I am now reporting the dentist to the Board of Dentistry of Florida for malpractice so this dentist does not do this to another person. They might act like they care, but they do not care about you or your teeth at this place. If they did, the manager would have contacted me by now. It seems like they are willing to perform procedures that are not necessary to receive more money, despite the permanent consequences to your teeth. I am still in terrible pain every time I eat. Do not put yourself through this. Find another place to get your dental work.

Both my husband and I went in for a routine cleaning. We waited over an hour, both at different times of the day, in the dental chair and never got our cleaning. They said they couldn't do our cleaning that day because we had "pockets of infection " in our gums. It was going to cost me $800 more in some kind of antibiotic treatment and my husband $1,200 more in order to clean our teeth. I'm a regular flosser and didn't have any pain or issues so was somewhat confused. I had never had a hygienist do that before. It seemed odd that both of us suddenly had the same issue that we had never before been treated for. Seemed like a ploy to get more money.

I came in to see what could be done about my upper teeth. I had x rays
and a consultation and was pleased with the results. I will eventually
proceed with the recommendations given by the Aspen Dental staff.
Everyone was cordial and accommodating.
