Not happy at all with aspen dental! They only care about the money! Didn't care about me at all! Would not recommend them to anyone!

Front desk lady didn’t even Acknowledge me when I was standing and I signed in and then a gentleman came in and she said good afternoon sir I’ll be right with you
The Doctor was nice but her dental
assistant was rude and in a rush
I will never go there again would not recommend at all

Be careful when you go in with your insurance like mine it covers X-rays no problem so I went back let them do there thing I look left next thing I know I'm getting a bill for my X-rays I called them it was taken care of I thought now it's been over a grand it went to collections and on my credit report I disputed it and it was found to have been paid by my insurance and I have since found out I'm not the only one

Made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. From the receptionist to the dentist herself.

With me being a nervous wreck about my teeth each person at aspen dental of Lake Wales have absolutely been the best. For lack of a better comparison like kindergarten teachers lol. Theyve kept me at ease, they educate you without a judgemental tone and they answer all of your questions. I've just started seeing them and they've already made this experience less of a headache

Still having billing issues with this one. My claims forms tell me I don't owe anything. I prepaid for everything in advance. When talking to them today, they can't find where some of the "charges" are coming from. I know it's only a $200 bill, but my calculations from my insurance claim forms tell me that I only owe $1415. I prepaid $2471. By my math, they owe me $1,056. Is my math wrong?

Question though, a lot of the reviews also complain about the billing practices. I wonder if it's their way to get more money when the insurance company has an agreement with them on the cost of services.

I have nothing but pure fear when the word Dentist and my name are in the same sentence. I put my big girl pants on and actually went through the door. I have to admit the office manager did come out to the car a week earlier to make me feel more comfortable about coming to this Dentistry. Every person in there makes you feel comfortable and talks to you the whole time. They dont rush you. I completed what needed done that day without an anxiety attack.

At my appointment today I had Liz as my assistant. She was great, very informative and professional. She put me at ease and answered all of fears and questions. Thank you Liz I can finally smile!

I needed my
new dentures as soon as possible had some place to go. They had them done in 3 days.
I especially would like to thank Derick. Very pleasant and helpful. He deserves to be employee of the week or month.

I recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs help with their teeth. The people in the front are very sweet and caring. Marie the assistant office manage does a great job with breaking down all your payments to you. Liz one of the dental assistants there has a good personality and is a very sweet person, she does a great job with helping. Dr. Bangash is very good at breaking down the things you will need to have the smile you have always wanted.

I went to this place for the first time and I never knew how inconvenient it is. I scheduled a appointment for X-rays and cleaning. They took my xrays but wanted me to come back for my cleaning. I’m a very busy person so I don’t have time to take days off when I could’ve had my cleaning done on the same day. Not to mention the receptionist said my insurance wasn’t in their network when it was. I wouldn’t recommend this office to new patients

I had an awesome experience there. Definitely recommend Dr. Bangash and her staff. Ms. Lugo was very helpful with all my questions. Thumbs up to her staff.

I had a crown pop off of my tooth and the staff was great putting it back in. What a relief it is. Thanks Aspen Dental. I have deducted two stars because the two drinking fountains in the lobby are both broken and the water in them is luke warm and terrible to drink. They have not worked in over 3 years. This is very important to a senior citizen taking lots of meds with constant dry mouth. No one seems to care about them. The office staff are wonderful people and I highly recommend this office but bring your own water to drink.

This a great place to go to the dentist. The girls at the front desk are awesome. Maria is awesome with dealing with the insurance. Liz the dental assistant treats like family even when the needles getting put in your mouth. When I go in there I feel like I been going there for years and have only been there three times. Thanks to everyone that works there a class act of people. George

The hygienist was good. When I told the hygienist that my teeth were very sensitive, he quit using the mechanical device and used the hand devices for cleaning my teeth. The previous one I had 6 months ago disregarded my request and kept on using what she wanted to use, not caring about my comfort for the process.

Disappointed that I now have to return for an additional visit to receive my permanent dentures.

This is a great dental practice. My wife got her semi-annual cleaning and was very pleased. Would recommend these dentists and hygienists as I’ve also had great experiences every time I go. The ONLY reason for the three (3) stars is strictly for the checkout process. The last few times we were there, we had to wait as long as 15 minutes in order to be checked out. I can see five minutes or so but not fifteen. Hopefully they can rework this process.

I went to this place because I was new to the area and I had broken a tooth. They did a thorough exam and many, many exrays. I was then given a "treatment plan" addressing all my dental concerns. But they wouldn't fix my broken tooth until I agreed to the more than $4000 of work they said I needed. So I left the office, having wasted a lot of time, with a still-broken tooth!

Dr. B explained exactly what she recommended and then Stephanie explained all the payment options. Afterwards, Derek took the impressions that were needed. All of the staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. They do a great job!

Nice and friendly. Took me in on an as needed basis. Did everything properly and I liked my dentist. She was very thorough and showed me the -rays. Front office checked with my insurance carrier to ensure I was covered and what the payment would be for my visit on that day. Very pleased and would return again.
