I gave four star because of one staff member who was mean to me, she does not have good customer care service, loved the dentist he was awesome the hygienist was soft spoken and sweet and the lady who went over the payment plan was also great.

Relatively long wait, but good experience. I would definitely recommend this practice. 4.0 stars

Called to ask if they took my insurance they said they did so I made an appointment. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment just to be told when I went in that they in fact did not take my insurance. Been in a lot of pain I could have been spending my time that whole 2 weeks finding a place that can actually help me.

I brought my 5 year old in for a check up and cleaning and they were able to get my 3 year old in at the exact same time without an appointment because he has an accident that effected his teeth. Both techs were AMAZING with my kids, and made them feel so comfortable. Incredible with kids, and will absolutely go back. Thank you ladies!

The office staff was SO kind! They answered all of my questions, were thorough, offered me a blanket or water while waiting in the patient room, and explained the finances of my treatment plan for as long as I needed. They accepted my dental insurance provider and made the layout of my next appointments easy to understand. So far, I’d highly recommend!

Dr. Brad and Ashley always very professional and friendly. It’s always a great experience to go to Aspen at 71st and Memorial. Best staff!

Everything was just wonderful at Aspen today for meFrom the beautiful young lady with the long gorgeous hair who checked me in, to the very professional Jill who handled my payment plus a follow up next week to arrange my dental plan to the brilliant Dr Duckworth & her amazing assistant who pulled my tooth! Everyone i came in contact with here were just so kind to me & made me feel relaxed even though i was most anxious about my procedure I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for a kind compassionate dentist

Six months ago I paid a lot of money for my brother to have what teeth he had left extracted and be fitted for dentures. According to the personnel at Aspen Dental, they said it would take six months for his gums to heal in order to get a final fitting of his dentures, but during the last visit he had the technician said there was a gap between the front of the lower and upper dentures so they had to grind the dentures down but broke the upper dentures in the process. The technician told my brother she noticed the gap when the impressions were done the first time but she totally forgot to mention that piece of important information. Well, he's having to wait another two weeks for them to be fixed. If something goes wrong at his next visit, a refund of some kind will need to be done. I will have a follow up review once I find out the outcome. I am not pleased with Aspen Dental at all!

ASPEN Dental was a great choice when changing Dental Insurance plans. The entire staff was very friendly and showed sincere interest in making me as comfortable as possible while getting care of my dental needs. Recommend ASPEN Dental be a first choice for taking care of Dental needs.

I was able to get a same day appointment as a new patient. And they even offered to take care of my 6 month cleaning on the same visit. EVERYONE there was so friendly and professional. I just moved to the area and it feels great that I found the perfect dental office for me. Highly recommend.

A few days ago, I made an appointment here to check my teeth. My teeth were very painful. So I came to this place to check my teeth. The person who started receiving me said that the cost of the whole check would be very low and the insurance would cover all the costs. So I spent a whole day checking my teeth, and it turned out that there was nothing wrong with my teeth, and the attitude of the person in charge of me became impatient, speaking very rude and impolite. A few days later, I received a ninety-dollar bill, and my tooth was still painful and untreated. One more thing I want to say is that most of the very good comments you see are those they find someone to write specifically for you to read.

It was very calming and everyone was very attentive and pleasant you get every question answered. I was there for a consultation and x-rays and it was free. I'm returning to get my work done and the cost of this work is great. Thanks Aspen. See you soon

The Aspen staff was very friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 9 and even though I had paperwork to do I was in the chair shortly thereafter.

Not the service we expected. Way overpriced and won’t give your straight price upfront there is always a hidden charge so please pick your dentist wisely.

This place is amazing the staff was great, the Doctor made me laugh, then he got down to business, he made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. And even do it cheaper than I thought.

The people are wonderful, and this is the first place in Florida to offer me teeth cleanings twice a year, and x-rays once a.year. This feels like the kind of dentistry I am used to before we moved to Florida.
