Aspen Dental, Cape Coral FL

After going through the pain of x-rays, the front office girl came in to inform me that they did not accept my insurance, although there was no charge, I wish that I had known that prior to this appointment. That being said the people where very nice.

Great experience. Check out process was good. Aisha was really helpful. The non clinical staff doesn’t get enough appreciation because their job is just as important as the back office. So thank you Aisha

I was very pleased with the service I reserved at this office - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff provided all the information necessary for me to make an informed decision about my treatment plan. They patiently discussed all my payment options for what insurance does not cover (self-pay & financing), and with or without specific services, etcetera. I am very satisfied with my treatment plan. I look forward to future appointments. Schakira, Aisha, Martha, Desiree and Dr. Phillips were a pleasure.

Aisha and Desiree were so helpful and kind and explained everything to me in detail what I needed to do to finish my dental work. They always make me feel comfortable when arriving and leaving the office. Awesome Ladies!

I just left their office. Wanted my porcelain bridge reglued n possibly make an appointment for a cleaning. No one tells you anything. Come here n do xrays, then come here for some more xrays, then come sit here. Dentist came in n was probably there for 5 minutes telling his assistant whatever n then walked out. No explanation of what he sees. Then was sent to the billing girl who proceeded to tell me I needed 4 cleanings a year for life and all these teeth pulled n a crown where I have no problem. Needless to say, I was told my bill would be over $10,000. I felt like I was at a time share walk through. Hahahahaha. I want to know what these people are on. I want some. Lol Nice staff but it was a total waste of my time and total scammers.

They upsell you on services you don’t need or services not included in your insurance plan. They’ll then make you feel like they won’t help you if you don’t agree to said extra services and not just the work needed. Pretty crummy if you ask me considering this is some people’s last resort and only option given the circumstances. Anyway I’m told that’s how these franchises operate. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to find a private practice. I learned my lesson and certainly will next time. **This opinion is based on my own experiences and not that of others. **

I am very satisfied with the support that I have received from Aspin Dental located on Santa Barbara in Cape Corel, FL. All of my questions and requests have been responded to and taken care of by Desiree.

Staff was friendly, hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. My only negative comment is regarding their x-ray machine. I don't know if it's an older model but it's very uncomfortable & slightly painful. My husband felt the same way. I hope they look into getting a different machine.

Avoid at all cost, if you have money and don't care about cost then you at the right place Came in to get help with one tooth they quote me $13,000.00, procedure is in the thousands only interested in making money, Not you the clients.

Highly recommend Aspen Dental, especially this location. My first visit was awesome and exciting. Was greeted by Aisha with a warm welcome. The following personnel gave me the most relaxing, exciting, encouraging comforting feeling that I made the right decision; Natalie, Stephen, Desiree, Schakira, Dr. Phillips.
All my questions and concerns were answered with professional, knowledgeable answers. My smile is back️️️

Really not happy with the office manager. I asked for a regular cleaning (as per my regular dentist recommendation) but the office manager was pushing for a periodontal procedure which was way more expensive.

Will not go back.

Awesome staff. Dr phillips is great. Thanks to steven the office manager everything was explained that needed to be done. I am without insurance at the moment and still everyone met my needs. Great great dental office.

What they show on the internet way off of what your going to pay. And their was a special being offered on line and the person who I spoke with in regards to choosing which dentures I was going to choose could of been a lot less than $8,000. I know things are expensive but not this much. Stay away from here. Greedy money people.

I've found that my dental insuance covers way less than I need. At 78 years old on a fixed income, I need to try another route.

The equipment is state of the art. The staff is friendly and efficient. I had a teeth cleaning, however did not get my teeth polished as usual. The bill was out if site for a simple cleaning and I called my insurance company before I went and Aspen Dental is in my network but they refused my insurance because " the doctor did not accept my insurance" not Aspen Dental. Say what? I guess they lost a future patient. I can't afford their prices.

Ok folks this place is a hidden gem.
The staff is outstanding.all the girls make you at ease and make an anxiety filled time most comfortable.
Dr. Phillips i found to be very competent at his craft and makes you very comfortable by his friendly and easing nature.i highly recommend this group.shout out to the staff (i wrote the names on my phone so i wouldnt forget)

Things started off rough with the misinformation and pain but i got a call from Office manager Steven a few min ago from this location and we got things figured out. Thank you sir

I’m so grateful for the team at aspen dental. I’m four months pregnant and I needed to have an emergency visit. Two of my teeth need to be extracted. Dr Phillips was so patient with me because my bottom molar wasn’t taking the numbing injections. Him and his staff
Desiree, Steven, Natalie and Shakeria got me through it. The pricing is perfect. And the service was superb. I will be back again.

I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience at this location! They are all super friendly and are willing to help right away! Love the staff up front! Dr. Phillips is super gentle and has great bed side manner. I’m so pleased with everything they’ve done. Highly recommend!
